Pleasant villa for 4 people with private swimming pool and beautiful see views. The villa is situated in the urbanization “la cometa III” quiet area close to the beaches, the centre of Calpe, and supermarkets. The living area is about 75m2. Enclosed plot of about 800 m2 with garden where the swimming pool and the pergola are.
Internal: The villa is built on one floor and access by stairs. Living/dining room tastefully furnished with tdt, air conditioning and entrance to the covered terrace with views to the swimming pool. Open kitchen totally equipped with gas hob, microwave, oven, coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer and other kitchen utensils. 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and fan on the ceiling. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 double beds.
External: plot with swimming pool (8x4) with roman stairs, external shower and lovely garden with a lot of plants. Pergola with table and chairs. Portable BBQ.
Distances: (beach and Promenade Arenal-bol 2,8 km) supermarket (2,2 mas y mas) Calpe (2,5 km) bus stop (0,8 km) parking place for 2 cars on the plot. Small room with washing mashine.
Extras:
Pets are not allowed. It’s possible to accommodate 1 more person with an additional cost: 90 € per stay and person.

The prices include:

initial cleaning, water consumption, electricity (at those properties without air conditioning), butane gas, linen (sheets and shower towels), dishcloths, garden maintenance, swimming pool and corresponding VAT.

The price of the stay does not include any travel insurance, not theft or accident insurance not liability insurance for actions caused by the client to other persons or things, so that ALQUILERES OLTASUCH S.L is not legally liable for any incidents that may happen inside or outside the rented holiday home.


The prices do not include:


Final cleaning (the amount will be stated on the web form)
Electricity consumption (only applicable at those properties with 1 or more air conditioning splits, the amount will be stated on the web form)


Having filled in the booking form via our website, the chosen property will be provisionally reserved for a period of 3 days. Over the course of those 3 days, you will be required to confirm your booking by completing payment. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled. In the case of last-minute bookings, you will only have 1 day to confirm the booking or it will be automatically cancelled.

Payment process:

First payment: 40% of the total amount to confirm the reservation by transfer or by credit card.
Second payment: 60% when the client receives the keys, in cash or by credit card.
BOOKING CANCELLATION

The terms and conditions on cancellation expenses come into effect from the moment this booking contract is formalised.


• 0% costs if the client cancels the booking 42 days or more before the arrival date.
• 40% of the whole booking amount if the client cancels between 41 and 8 days before the arrival in the holiday home.
• 100% of the booking amount, in the case that the client cancels the reservation 7 days before the arrival into the property.
