This beautiful villa has very good access and is just 5 minutes from the pretty white village of Cómpeta. The property consists internally of a large living/dining area, with two sets of patio doors accessing the swimming pool terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All of the rooms in this house are very spacious and light, giving one lots of space in which to relax during ones well deserved holiday.
The external areas of this property consist in a large parking area within the private property, a barbecue area and very large terreced areas in which the swimming pool is situated. The beautiful gardens that surround the property and the swimming pool are just stunning, as are the views of the mountains, the Natural Park area and down to the coast and the Mediterranean.
This is the ideal property for a large family or a group of friends that are looking for some peace and quiet during their well deserved holiday.

Notes
Payment form: 25% to confirm the booking and the rest 6 weeks before arrival. Payments to be made by bank transfer.
The refundable deposit is to be paid with the second payment (6 weeks before arrival) and will be returned, once the property has been inspected, between 1 week and 10 days after the end of your stay, by bank transfer.

There will also be an extra charge for the central heating of 100€ per week. The swimming pool will remain closed from 1st Nov to 30th April, although it will be possible to use it during this period for an additional cost.
