Casa Enrique-Andres is perfect for you and your family to have a relaxing holiday. The villa sits within 5000 square meters of sloping ground covered with Olive and Almond trees. The villa is not overlooked at all and is therefore very private. The views towards the Montes De Malaga National Park and surrounding mountains are breathtaking. The villa is just 200 yards of a tarmac road, is fully fenced and gated with an entry phone for your complete privacy. Located just 2KM outside the white washed village of Colmenar
The villa has reverse air conditioning but the villa keeps lovely and cool inside with the window blinds down. A welcome retreat on very hot days.
We have two double bedrooms both with dressing table/chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and wardrobes. There are two twin bedrooms with bedside cabinets and one room has large fitted wardrobes
The two bathrooms have full size baths with showers over, the en-suite bathroom also has a fully tiled walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have storage and plugs for shavers with adaptors. A hair dryer is also provided
Linen and bathroom towels provided. Please bring your own pool- and beach towels.
The dining/living area is open plan with patio doors going out to the pool area
The whole pool area is walled and gated making it safe for youngsters. The pool is 8m x 4m and is only half a metre deep at the shallow end for paddling and is ideal for small children, shelving down to 1m60. Sun loungers and chairs are provided around the pool and a large parasol
The terraced area provides shade for the hotter parts of the day and has a table and seating
For the evenings there is lighting around the whole pool and the terrace area, making it ideal for your outdoor dining. The upper terrace is the perfect place for your evening drinks as you watch the perfect sunsets and uninterrupted views across the countryside
Also for your use we have a free Wireless broadband connection installed at the villa - just bring your own laptop
There is Satellite TV with all Freeview channels we also have a DVD/CD player and gameconsole with several games. A sound system is installed throughout the villa which plays via ceiling speakers, these can be independently controlled in each room. Keypad safes in two of the bedrooms for your use
Ducted air conditioning throughout the villa and blinds at all the windows to keep the villa cool during the day
