El Jeugo is a traditionally-built detached Spanish villa and is ideal for a comfortable family holiday. The villa has a garden of approximately 1 acre, which ensures complete privacy.
With the covered terrace, garden and private pool facing towards the south, you have the guarantee that you will enjoy the sun the entire day. The garden is accessed by a security gate, so you can park your car safely on the driveway, in the shade.
Through the front door you enter a hallway which gives access to a spacious dining room and adjoining living room with a sitting area around the stove. The dining and living room open onto the covered terrace, with two large sunscreens, facing the pool and garden.
The spacious, modern built in kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and necessary equipment, while the large adjoining utility room includes a washing machine and an extra refrigerator.
The villa has four bedrooms. On the ground floor are three bedrooms with two single beds in each. Two bedrooms have direct access to the garden. There are two bathrooms, each with shower, washbasin and toilet. One of the bathrooms is wheelchair friendly. On the first floor is the fourth, large bedroom with 2 singloe beds. It has a private bathroom with bath, double sink and toilet. From the balcony you overlook the garden & pool and you can see the sea. 3 bedrooms have large wall closets.
Villa El Jeugo is at the end of a cul de sac in the quiet neighborhood El Pilar. El Pilar is a small urbanization of private exclusive villa’s between Puerto Banus and Estepona. While only 300 meters from the Autovia del Mediterraneo - the main road of the Costa del Sol. This villa is an oasis of peace but at the same time is an ideal base for excursions and day trips.
Villa El Jeugo is perfectly located, with supermarkets, local restaurants, lively bars and beaches within easy walking distance. A car is not essential but is recommended to visit the many chiringuitos (beach bars), fashionable beaches and boulevards of San Pedro, Estepona and Puerto Banus, the many other attractions such as Mijas, Ronda, Gibraltar, the old city centre of Malaga with the Picasso Museum or even to visit the Alhambra in Granada.
Besides enjoying your leisure time next to the pool and sunbathing there are a lot of things to.
For a family with kids there is a wide choice for a day out including: Estepona Selwo Adventure park, a sort of Jurassic Park in the mountains above Estepona. Benalmadena Tivoli World theme park, the largest theme park on the Costa del Sol. The Sea Life Centre at Benalmadena with over 5,000 different species in a 500,000 liter tank and the Teleferico Cableway that takes you to the top of the Calamorro. In Fuengirola a zoo is worth a visit.
Are you sporty ?? There are activities such as water theme parks, horse riding, cycling, water skiing, sailing, windsurfing and sport diving.
And of course the Villa is surrounded within a radius of 10 km by more than a dozen of the country’s best golf courses.
The air conditioning throughout the house also provides heating for winter stays.
There is internet access at the villa (own laptop advisable).
Pool and garden lights for evening entertainment.
Local spanish TV and sky box with access to all international "free to air" channels.

A house folder is provided and is full of useful information to help you get the most from your holiday. It includes directions to many places and recommendations of places to visit and eat.

A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival are to be paid in full at time of booking.
Bookings cannot be confirmed until we have received the deposit.
Payment by bank-transfer.
Your booking may be cancelled if full payment is not received on time.
A refundable weekly € 250 Security Deposit is required with the remainder of the balance. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure once the keys have been returned, a satisfactory final inspection of the property has been carried out with no breakages or damages (minor breakages like glasses etc aren't counted) or excessive electricity/air-con usage.
One of the reasons we can charge a very competitive rental rate is because we check, out of respect for our environment, the electricity bill. We expect our guests to use the AIRCO in a normal and sensible way. To ensure this we record (with our guests) the reading of the electricity meter upon arrival and departure. When excessive and exorbitant usage is noted the extra bill will be deducted from the weekly € 250 security deposit.
Insurance covering cancellation of your trip is strongly recommended, if for whatever reason your holliday has to be cancelled.
Long lets (up to 3 months) negotiable.
Our manager will meet and greet you at arrival. The keys of the villa will be handed over to you, you will be shown around the villa and any questions you may have can be answered.
Changeover days are flexibel, however in high season Saturday changeover preferred. However when back-to-back booking occurs, guests are requested to vacate the villa at 10 am on the day of departure as the cleaning staff will arrive at this time and the villa will be available again for arrivals at 4 pm.
Regarding the location and situation of the villa and out of respect for our neighbours we do not rent our villa to young single group bookings.
The Villa, beds and towels, will be cleaned prior to arrival and after departure.
A weekly € 50.00 per pet fee applies
