Our home "MI SUENO" is centred on a 740 square metre size plot, with parking available for 2/3 cars. The villa sleeps 6 comfortably and consists:
* BEDROOM 1 light and airy, with a King-size Water-bed and an en-suite bathroom which includes a shower, toilet, sink and storage for all your holiday essentials. A flat screen tv with freesat box(English)for your comfort.
* LARGE FAMILY BATHROOM which includes a walk in shower, toilet, and under sink,storage.
* BEDROOM 2 has plenty of storage with a wardrobe, full length mirror,and a double bed.
* BEDROOM 3 has two single beds, and a chest of drawers and mirror.
* KITCHEN an excellent modern free-standing kitchen, of which includes a five ring gas hob,a double oven, and microwave facility. Lots of storage units and many other modern appliances such as dishwasher,washing machine and fridge-freezer.
* LOUNGE large open-plan, flat screen television, showing English and Spanish television stations. Three comfortable sofas, and a large dining room with a table and chairs that seats six people. Ideal for out of season, or when you want a cosy night in. Log burner for those cooler evenings.
* NON-SMOKING although we have plenty of out-side terraced areas that smoking is allowed of course.
* OUTSIDE Patio doors open out to a small family splash pool (5mx4m), excellent to keep you cool through the summer heat. PLEASE NOTE: Children need to be supervised around the pool area as it is not gated.
* OUTSIDE LOUNGE AND BBQ AREA a comfortable outdoor seating is available for you to enjoy your summer evenings. Brick built BBQ and fridge to chill your drinks.Table and chairs (room for 6 people to eat).
* NEW FOR 2012 al Fresco dining. Over-looking pool area a Pergola,with wooden table and 6 chairs. ideal for breakfast and late evening family gatherings. ENJOY!!
