Nice and newly constructed villa for 14 people in Calpe with private pool. This villa is situated in Garduix area. Just 10 min walking to Calpe centre, largest Calpe sand beach, promenade and all services. Villa recomendated for families or large groups, who wants to spend the holidays without use the car during the holiday. It’s also close to the tennis club (400 m). This holiday home is arranged on 2 floors with a living area of approx. 225 m². The plot has 800 m² with lawn surrounding the pool, ideal for a sunbath.
Ground floor: (access without stairs) large living-dining room with modern furniture and tv. Open kitchen wit ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and other utensils for the kitchen. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds.
First floor: (Access by external stairs) living-dining room with sat-tv (languages: French, Spanish, German and English), direct access to the terrace and the pool. Large independent kitchen, completely equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine and other utensils for the kitchen. 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with 2 individual beds in each one of them, one with double bed (there is no tv in this bedroom) and bathroom in suite with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bathroom with bathtub, wc and washbasin.
External: large terrace with pool (8x4m) and built-in stairs. The pool area is surrounded by lawn and by fence (to project the children). There is also a built-in barbecue. Parking in same plot for 3 cars. Only 0,7 km from the town centre of Calpe and 1 km to the next sandy Beach, 0,4 km from the tennis club and 0,7 km from the shopping centre.
