This spacious fully furnished 4 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a six-storey building on the frontline in the Guadalmina Baja area of Marbella, about 6 kilometres west of Puerto Banus. It has a private garden, screened windows and doors, marble floors throughout, is heated and air-conditioned and includes reserved indoor parking for one car. There is a separate studio apartment with ensuite shower room and its own entrance opposite the front door of the main apartment, available at extra cost.

The apartment offers:

This well-equipped frontline apartment is 30 meters from high tide in one of Marbella’s most prestigious residential areas and close to all amenities. It is adjacent to the Parque del Sol Beach Club and Restaurant with its swimming pool and tennis courts and a short walk from the local Spar mini-market, various beachfront restaurants, a watercraft rental establishment and the San Pedro paseo maritimo (beachfront promenade). Two golf courses, the Guadalmina shopping centre and the town of San Pedro are a few minutes’ drive away. A 10 minute drive brings you to Puerto Banus with its restaurants, marina, cinemas, extensive shopping and nightlife, while the major centres of Marbella and Estepona are only 20 minutes away.

The historic towns of Ronda, Cordoba, Granada, Sevilla, Cadiz and Gibraltar can be seen on day trips, although an overnight stay is recommended in Sevilla and Cadiz.

The apartment is wheelchair accessible from the beach side of the property. While the terrace is 30 m from high tide, access to the beach is through the community security gate and the total "travel" distance is about 50 m. There is a 30 mm (1-1/4 inch) step up and down from the garage entrance into the main apartment. The Studio apartment is NOT wheelchair accessible. The shower in the master suite is wheel chair accessible.
