Pleasant summer villa for 6 people, situated in Calpe at a few meters from the beach, with private swimming pool. The villa is located in a privileged area close to the sand beach, Promenade and supermarkets in the urbanization “Los Almendros”. The enclosed plot with garden is about 1000 m². The living area on 2 floors is about 120 m².


Ground floor: Closed and uninhabitable.


Main floor: (Access by stairs) large living-dining room with TV by Satellite/TDT, air conditioning and access to the terrace with partial views to the sea, to the Peñon de Ifach and the swimming pool. Open kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hobs, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, micro wave, coffee machine, toaster and ustensils for the kitchen. 1 large bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and bathroom en suite with bath, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioning. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioning.


Outdoor: Covered terrace, ideal to have your meals, large swimming pool of 10x5 with roman stairs and external shower. It is worth mentioning its large covered masonry barbeque area with gas hobs, fridge-freezer, sink, dishwasher and washing machine.

Distances: sand beach and Promenade (Levante 0,9 km), restaurants(0,5 km), Supermarket (0,5 km). Calpe (1,8 km ) Open parking area for 2-3 cars on the plot.

The prices include:

initial cleaning, water consumption, electricity (at those properties without air conditioning), butane gas, linen (sheets and shower towels), dishcloths, garden maintenance, swimming pool and corresponding VAT.

The price of the stay does not include any travel insurance, not theft or accident insurance not liability insurance for actions caused by the client to other persons or things, so that ALQUILERES OLTASUCH S.L is not legally liable for any incidents that may happen inside or outside the rented holiday home.


The prices do not include:


Final cleaning (the amount will be stated on the web form)
Electricity consumption (only applicable at those properties with 1 or more air conditioning splits, the amount will be stated on the web form)


Having filled in the booking form via our website, the chosen property will be provisionally reserved for a period of 3 days. Over the course of those 3 days, you will be required to confirm your booking by completing payment. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled. In the case of last-minute bookings, you will only have 1 day to confirm the booking or it will be automatically cancelled.

Payment process:

First payment: 40% of the total amount to confirm the reservation by transfer or by credit card.
Second payment: 60% when the client receives the keys, in cash or by credit card.
BOOKING CANCELLATION

The terms and conditions on cancellation expenses come into effect from the moment this booking contract is formalised.


• 0% costs if the client cancels the booking 42 days or more before the arrival date.
• 40% of the whole booking amount if the client cancels between 41 and 8 days before the arrival in the holiday home.
• 100% of the booking amount, in the case that the client cancels the reservation 7 days before the arrival into the property.
