This incredible family home is located in one of the most exclusive and soughafter area of the maresme region.
At only 25 minutes away from the city of barcelona and 1 minute away from the lovely, splendid and sandy beaches of Arenys de Mar and its sporty and fishing port.

The villa is surrounded by the beautiful autochthounous vegetation,allowing you to enjoy the break in the silence of nature of the region and overlooking the mediterranean sea.

Very close to major attractions in the area such as visits to Barcelona, Gerona, Costa Brava, as well as plenty of family activities such as hiking in well knwon Natural Parks like the Montseny and the Montnegre and any possible water sport.

In this peaceful and nice scenery you will find our villa and its 8 double bedrooms,five bathrooms, private swimmingpool (12 x 6 meters)and large bbq.

With plenty of outside space, our property offers lots of different outside areas to enjoy. From bbq., to tea time corners, dinning areas, shaded porches to accommodate everyones wishes.

Our villa will definetely entertain everyone in your party. It offers you all sort of table games, ping pong table, even plenty of games and books for everyone in the group.

The kitchen has five fridges and two freezers so you can store plenty of food and drinks for your big group. The dishwasher is a industrial one so you load it in and after just 3 minutes your dishes and clean dry and shiny.

Big, comfortable,beautiful,spacious, relaxing, close to the beach, close to town, close to the city. A great place to enjoy a holiday all together!
