Our house is at the whole at street level on quite a large plot of 1230 m2. Total living 180m2. It is situated near the tee off of hole 6. Garden is totally enclosed with trees-shrubs-plants so this give you a lot of privacy.
Summer - Spring - Autumn and Winter: every season has its advantages!!
The living / dining area is orientated east west and from here you enter both the terrasses and the garden. So you can enjoy your breakfast in the rising sun, have dinner at the poolsite, sitting under the sunroof or have some shelter under the mullberry tree.
The master bedroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and spacious furniture and a double bed. In the 2nd bedroom there are 2 beds, a bathroom with bath (whirlpool) & toilet. The 3rd bedroom has 2 beds, and entrance to the terrace and garage. Here you will find the washing machine. In the hall there is also a seperate cloakroom with toilet / bidet.
The luxury kitchen is fully equiped and looks out over the terrace, swimming pool and the golf course.
The private swimming pool is 5x10 m, which gives you plenty of space to make your rounds or just cool down. Here you can enjoy the sun during all the rest of the day, have your diner or lunch or bbq and look to the sunset at night, with a good glass of wine, with marvelous views to the Pyrenees. For the children there is space enough to play on the lawns around the whole house.
In wintertime you can enjoy the fire place.
The property is situated at the area called Golf Residences, where you only have private villas. The garden is quiet and private.
For the GOLF enthousiastics: Torremirona Golf is apt for every player, whether you are beginner or have a single-handicap, young or old, everybody has a good time, it is challeging but also forgiving.
Besides Golf there is the Fitness and Healthcenter, which also includes Restaurant, Beautycenter and Hairdresser. Outside activities are Tennis and Paddle-tennis.
Have your lunch at the Gourmet Restaurant .
Here also there is WIFI availability.
The Hotel and Golf-reception is located about 500m from the house.
You have a stunning view from the terras of the Hotel (we think it is the best view from any golfcourse in Spain), so really you have to go and sit there. Also it has a restaurant and internet/WIFI.
Bakery and small shops and supermarket you have at the in the small village of Navata at less than 1 km. More supermarkets you find in Figueres at 7 km.
Girona Airport 45 min. away, Barcelona about 1hr 15min.
The TGV has a stop at Figueres Vilafant, only 5 min. drive! So within 50 min. you are in the middle Barcelona.
