Bahia Blanca is a new apartment complex, built to an extremely high standard, located on the beach at the idyllic Cap Negret, only a ten-minute walk from Altea town centre. The 35 square metre verandah offers magnificent views of the Mediterranean and park with a large swimming pool. The tasteful apartment is comfortably furnished and is equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable and luxurious holiday.
The 81 square metre apartment (indoors) contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed, with direct access to the verandah and features an en-suite bathroom with bath. The guest/children's room has 4 beds and its own guest bathroom with shower. Great kitchen with open bar counter into the living room. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, fan oven, electric hob, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, etc. An advanced water purification system gives fresh and tasty drinking water, straight from its own tap. Separate utility room containing washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and dryer. Large living room with comfortable leather suite and dining table seating 6. 42" TV with Norwegian, English and Spanish channels, surround sound system with CD/DVD and Blueray player. Free WiFi Internet connection.

Surroundings and activities at Cap Negret:
Bahia Blanca is ideally located at the charming Cap Negret. The area boasts many excellent restaurants and tapas bars. Cap Negret and La Olla offer fantastic walks, both along the sea and through the orange groves on the other side of the main road, as well as marine sports and snorkling. The market in Altea on Tuesdays is not to be missed, and is only a 5 minute stroll from the apartment. The neighbouring apartment block contains a pharmacy, medical centre and dentist.
ALTEA AND LOCAL AREAS
Altea is very centrally located, and offers a host of sights and activities in the vicinity. If you do not have a car available, communications with bus and train are excellent.
The artists' town of Altea is often referred to as the most beautiful town in Spain, some even going as far as the most beautiful town in the world. It is surrounded by mountains and green valleys. The old town is a unique sight, a living museum of narrow streets and full of great restaurants. The medieval town of Guadalest is less than a half-hour drive away in the mountains. Spain's Manhattan, Benidorm, is around 12 km from Altea, offering both beaches and nightlife, restaurants and leisure parks. Worth a mention: Benidorm Palace - Spain's Moulin Rouge - offers a spectacular dinner cabaret featuring world-class artistes. The whole evening costs 45-55 euro per person, and includes a 4-course dinner with wine and the show. Mundo-Mar: Zoo featuring dolphins, sea lions and parrots. Aqualandia water park is close by. Terra Mitica: large leisure park for young and old. Terra Natura: splendid large zoo, where all manner exotic animals have large, scenic areas to live in. There are also excellent local golf courses
