Townhouse in quiet urbanization. 120 sq. metres. Three double bedrooms (sleep 6), lounge, fitted kitchen. Two bathrooms, one en suite within the main bedroom; the other one, shared between the other two.
The house is set in a complex (Albayalde) in the Villacana area with parking space inside. Access to the complex is always through locked gates. There are security video cameras throughout and security guards in the summer. The urbanization is structured in five blocks, with about twenty houses each, built around communal gardens and pools. These gardens are accessible from inside the houses.
The main terrace of the house overlooks the garden and pool, that can be reached just by walking down a few steps. It’s very fresh throughout the day, but also secluded enough to give you privacy. It’s ideal for taking all meals in summer.
The lounge includes an eating and a relax area, and is connected to the terrace.
The kitchen is small but practical. All the main appliances are available.
The master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom and a small terrace.
The two other bedrooms are downstairs, sharing a bathroom with shower. One of them has an area adaptable as a playground. The gardens and pool can also be reached directly from this area.
A tennis and a paddle court are available within the complex.

Nota
If you don’t have a car (or don’t want to use it) you have shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, the village of Cancelada is just across the main road, literally a 5 min walk: there’s a pedestrian bridge across the road just outside the complex. (restaurants, farmacy, beauty parlor, etc. ) and a bus stop for buses to Puerto Banús (10 km) and Marbella (20km), and on the opposite direction, Estepona (12 km).
By car, you can also easily reach Selwo Safari Park or, in about 15 minutes, the typical mountain village of Benahavis with beautiful views and some lovely mountain walks just outside the village (information available from owners).
