"Dos Torres"

A stunning uniquely designed luxury villa nestling in a tranquil valley in the foothills of the Sierra Tejeda Natural Parque leading down to the beautiful area of Lake Vińuela.

Situated on the outskirts of the picturesque, traditional “white village” of Alcaucin, with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and countryside.

Originally built as a 216 sq.m five-bedroom villa, four bedrooms are offered for rental.

The villa has been furnished to a very high standard as it was intended to remain a family home.

The property is entered through a private gated entrance and driveway to a 270 sq.m parking area.

The accommodation on the ground floor includes the master bedroom in one of the circular towers with a large ensuite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe, a second double bedroom, a third, (mainly configured for children), which can sleep 4, with a trundle bed that can convert to a double, plus bunk beds. The staircase leads to the fourth single bedroom is in one of the circular upper towers and has access to the 45sq.m roof terrace.

The original fifth bedroom in the other upper tower room is locked for owner's storage.

There is also a family bathroom and a separate guest cloakroom.

The hall leads through to the large open plan 46 sq.m lounge with two double French doors opening onto a 35 sq.m covered veranda. The feature circular dining room leads to the beautifully equipped fitted kitchen and pantry.

The kitchen door opens to the pool area and a spacious well equipped summer house with a dining and outside kitchen area, comprising of a fridge, sink, and barbecue.

The 10m * 4m pool has a safe varying depth of 1.10m to 1.80m with a horseshoe shaped seating area set within. The pool is set within 187sq.m of sun terrace. Sun beds are provided. There is a 160sq.m front garden and 128sq.m rear garden

The equipment level of the villa is extremely high.

There is a 40-inch flat wall-mounted television.

Air conditioning, fly screens on windows, free Wi-Fi (own laptop needed), bose speaker unit, dvd player, etc.

The area offers a peaceful relaxing holiday but the sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol are only 20 minutes away with the very popular resorts of Nerja and Torrox just a little further away.

Alcaucin village has quaint narrow streets, local bars, shops, restaurants, banks, a play area and basketball court.

Just five kilometers away is the small village of Puente Don Manuel, where you will find a selection of bars, restaurants, an internet café, a beauty parlour and an excellent shop that stocks a huge variety of English foods and provisions if required.

There are two of the best restaurants nearby, one typically Spanish and a superb Indian, both with magnificent views of the lake.

The villa is approximately 15 minutes drive from Torre Del Mar where you will find “El Ingenio” a large shopping mall and adjacent to it is “Aqua Velis”, a water park.

Lake Vińuela is a renowned area for wildlife, and offers non-motorized water sports, fishing, sailing and wind surfing.

For the golfer, there are two local courses, “Baviera” 15 minutes and “Anoreta” 20 minutes.

Malaga airport is only an hour away.

If there is time, Marbella, Gibraltar, Cordoba and the Alhambra Palace in Granada are all within an easy drive.

A guest welcome book is available on arrival which provides detailed information of the villa and local facilities.
