The Las Golondrinas complex is two kilometres inland behind the town of Fuengirola; This is a luxury second floor apartment fully equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, situated in the magnificent area of Mijas Golf, here you will find a secure heated swimming pool, also internet access is available via a Community HotSpot.

where Mijas, the well-known white village nestles in the hills.

A spacious Air Conditioned Lounge/Dining Room is furnished with high quality Spanish style furniture that includes a large dining table, the comfortable lounge area is equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite reception, able to receive all main UK TV and radio stations, together with many European channels, also here you will find a DVD player, radio and CD/tape player; from the lounge you can pass through and out onto the spacious terrace area.
The well appointed terrace has beautiful views to the Mijas mountains; here you can relax in the area set aside with modern lounge furniture, there is also a dining area ideal for a lazy breakfast or for that wonderful candlelit evening meal, if at any time the sun should prove to be too strong, awnings have been fitted for your ultimate comfort.
The spacious marbled floor Master Bedroom is fitted with Double/twin beds, fully fitted wardrobes, and is complete with en-suite facilities. From the main bedroom you wake each morning to the sunlit views of the distant mountains, also from here you have direct access to the lounge area on the terrace.
The well-appointed second bedroom has twin beds, marble floor, fully fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and is adjacent to the marble lined shower room fitted with a multi-jet shower unit.
The newly fitted Kitchen with pelmet lighting has been fully fitted with an eye-level Electric Oven together with a fitted Microwave, a modern Halogen Hob, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker and a large Fridge/Freezer completing the kitchen facilities.
All bed linen & towels including those for use at the pool are included; Air Conditioning/Heating is installed throughout the apartment.
The secure Community Pool is heated from April to June & Sptember to October, the Las Golondrinas development also has secure underground parking allowing you to park the car away from the heat of the day; for your convenience there is also a lift from the basement to all floors.
The local area has Restaurants & Bars all within walking distance, including the welcoming Club House situated across the golf course at the neighbouring Los Olivos golf course.
For a special evening out you can leave the car at the apartment, because a local taxi rank is situated nearby at the Match Room Country Club taking you to Fuengirola just 10 minutes away, nevertheless when taking the car free parking is available, also numerous car-parks can be found around the town.
Fuengirola has miles of sandy beaches, there you will find a multitude of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, from those catering for children to restaurants offering fine dining.
Fuengirola also offers many aspects for leisure and amusement, to quote just a few, from the harbour you can go for a Dolphin Watch trip on a glass bottom boat or if you prefer take rides along the coast, for the more adventurous you can even book a paraglide session. Closer to the apartment stables can be found offering chaperoned horse rides, this will take you into the surrounding countryside.
The apartment is a non-smoking area and no pets please.
