Very spaciouse 2 double bedroom apartment situated in the heart of the historic, Old Town of Palma De Mallorca.
The apartment has been tastefuly restored has lots of character, high beamed ceilings, original clay terracotta floors, shuttered windows and many other original features. The apartment has a new designer bathroom, with large shower (reformed Oct 12)and newly restored kitchen with washing machine.
The apartment is located in the centre of the old town of Palma, very close to some of Palma's best Architecture, Museums, Art Galleries, Bars, Restaurants, nightclubs. Take a few steps out of the apartment and you will find some of the most fantastic designer shops in the whole of Majorca, if not the whole of Spain.
The apartment is only a 2 minute walk to the most prestigious Square in Palma - the famous ''Plaza Major'' and only a 7 minutes walk to the historic and beautiful Palma Catherdral and the gorgeous port of Palma. Just an 8 minute walk and you will arrive at ''La Lonja'', famous for its many Tapas Bars, nightlife and fantastic restaurants.
The apartment is also only a 9 minute walk to the lovely sandy Playa De Palma Beach, making it the perfect place for a combined beach and city break.
The apartment is light and airy and situated on the 3rd floor of a historic building but does have 49 steps from street level to the apartment, so not really suitable for the elderly or infirm. The apartment is situated on one of the main streets which forms part of the historic walk of Palma. People such as President Clinton have made this famous walk and travelled along the historic street, where the apartment is located. You will often see the horse drawn carriages carrying site seers along this street.
There is a bakery and grocery shop within the apartment's street and a choice of restaurants are located in the Square which is at the end of the apartment's street.
Easy Jet and many other bargain airlines fly into Palma De Mallorca daily. The apartment is only a 10 minute Taxi or bus ride from the airport (the No. 1 airport bus is available just outside the doors of the Palma Airport. This stops at the Plaza Espana, which is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment).

Fully equipped kitchen with Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer. Washing Machine, Fresh Bed Linen provided but you need to supply your own towels. There is one double bedroom with double bed and another double room with twin beds. The apartment has a separate lounge and kitchen. All rooms are of good sizes giving a very spacious feel to the apartment. The apartment also has a very large entrance hall.
