By car, the centre of Guardamar is 3 minutes and Torrevieja 15 minutes away. There are several top-class golf courses in the locality and lots of local markets
On the first floor there is the air-conditioned master bedroom with king size bed, side tables, wall to wall mirrored built-in wardrobe. Balcony having beach views.
The second bedroom is air-conditioned, with twin beds with side tables, a mirrored built in wardrobe. An unusual feature in this room is an inner stained glass window that also brings character to the landing.

The entrance to the property consists of a large patio with patio table and chairs for alfresco breakfasts and meals.

The raised dining area has extendable table with 6 chairs and dresser leading on the kitchen bar counter. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven.
There is also a second family bathroom with tub, shower and Wc on this level
Leading out from the kitchen is the utility room and opposite to it is the built in traditional barbeque area. The utility room has a washing machine, sink and gas water heater.
On the lower ground floor there is the third air conditioned bedroom with double size bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest-drawers. A bed-settee that sleeps one is also in this room. A doorway leads from the third bedroom into the fourth bedroom which has twin beds with bedside cabinet and wardrobe, and is not separately air conditioned.
The house is available throughout the year, allowing you full weekends, when most events tend to happen, and easier booking of your travel arrangements.
