Villa Belinda is a large detached three bedroom property situated in an exclusive gated development consisting of eight luxury villas. In March 2008 the Villa was completely renovated with two new bathrooms, a new kitchen, brand new furniture and air conditioning throughout. The grounds of the Villa feature stunning tiered gardens, as well as a beautiful pool.
The ground floor of the villa provides a spacious lounge/dining area with an open-plan Kitchen. The lounge area also contains a 40” Plasma Television accompanied by a DVD player with a Sky TV box (requires guests own sky card). There is a twin bedroom and shower room on the ground floor. Both the bedroom and the lounge have patio doors leading out onto the terrace and picturesque gardens.
The first floor master bedroom provides access to a sun terrace via the patio doors, this terrace can also be accessed via the second bedroom. There is a further sun terrace adjacent to the family bathroom and there are fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms.
The external grounds provide a charming dining environment, with seating for up to 6 people, the pool can be seen from the terrace, so any children using the pool can be seen at all times. The gardens are tiered on two levels, with beautiful palm trees and brimming with colourful flowers. Discreet lighting is provided in the evening for the gardens and pool.
Other amenities include a maid service, cot and high chairs are available if required, and there is a secure safe fitted in the floor of the downstairs bedroom.
Villa Belinda is in the town of Calahonda, nearby towns include, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola.
The Villa is ideally located; within close proximity to a supermarket which is fantastic for fresh fish, meat and fruit and veg. There are many restaurants and bars just a short distance from the Villa; with an array of foods from a variety of cultures to tantalise your taste buds.
There is a lovely beach just a short stroll from the Villa. And a 5 minute drive will take you to one of the best beaches on the coast, situated in the picturesque harbour setting of Cabapino.
A fifteen minute drive will take you into Marbella, where you can browse through the designer shops and boutiques, and visit the lovely old town, featuring Orange Square. Puerto Banus is a must see with a large marina and some of the largest yachts you will ever see.
