This villa is situated in an elevated position which gives it these fantastic views over the Bay of Roses and the Pyrenees mountain range.
You can easily walk to Roses town and beaches (approx 10 minutes) and there is also a bus service which can take you to the beautiful coves of Canyelles Petites and Almadrava during the summer months!
Parking is available which is off road under a carport.
There are two terraces, one on each level and a larger garden area on the lower ground level too.

WIFI is available in the villa.

From the entrance level, off the hallway is the spacious first bedroom with twin beds and a lovely mountain view. There is also a separate bathroom with bath/shower. On this floor is a lounge/dining room with television offering english channels too and a DVD player. The well equipped kitchen leads off from the lounge/dining room and doors open from both rooms onto the balcony/terrace where you can enjoy outdoor dining with stunning sea and mountain views and outstanding sunsets! There is a gas BBQ too.
Downstairs is another lounge area with the same great views, equipped with TV which is DVD only so bring your favourites! On this level you will find two more spacious bedrooms, a double bedroom with mountain views and another twin bedroom with sea views.
There is a separate bathroom with bath/shower.
The washing machine and tumble dryer are in a small utility room on this level too.
Another balcony/terrace leads off from the lounge and there is a door leading out to the lower sunbathing terraces and garden.
Private off road parking is available under a carport and there are more spaces available in the small non through road. This also makes it a quieter area as no through traffic.
If you didn't want to drive, this villa is a great base for all the family to enjoy the surrounding area.
A small local supermarket is only 2 minutes walk away and at the bottom of the hill is also a bakery for your fresh bread or croissants in the mornings! The fishing port is only 7-10 minutes walk where you can purchase fresh fish daily, highly recommended for any fish lovers.

A free shuttle bus goes from Roses town to the huge water park of Aquabrava and another goes to the GO-KART track. Other local sports available include, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, horseriding, scuba diving, snorkling, cycling, walking plus many more.
A trainride from the seafront offers rides up into the national park of the Cap de Creus with more spectacular views or boat trips can take you round on sea level to the beautiful fishing village and previous home to Salvador Dali - Cadaques. Other boat trips are available round to the other side of the bay and L'Escala.
Towels are provided for villa and also beach towels so if you are flying and need to travel light, this really helps!
A welcome pack is provided including some Spanish Cava to enjoy and celebrate your arrival.
