Almost new, traditional townhouse in the heart of San Juan de los Terreros within walking distance of one of several Blue Flag, sandy beaches and coves.

Lounge / dining area with large sofa, TV unit, flat screen TV with TDT (30 Channels, Satellite tv with UK channels, CD/DVD player and dining table seating 4.
A fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge / freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster, washing machine and all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you will need.
A door from the kitchen leads out onto the rear patio area where you will find a table and chairs for outdoor eating beside the honeysuckle, jasmine and bougainvillea.
Also on the ground floor there is a shower room with WC and vanity unit.
There is also a large terrace area to the front of the house with off-street parking.
A marble and wrought iron staircase leads to the first floor landing from which there is access to a large double bedroom with king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and storage unit. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan is also installed in this bedroom.
A second bedroom is equipped with two single full size beds, built in wardrobes and bedside table. A ceilng fan is also installed in this bedroom.
Between the two is the family bathroom with bath / shower, WC, bidet and vanity unit.
A further marble and wrought iron staircase leads up to the solarium with fine 360 degree views towards sea and mountains. Here you will find sun loungers for your comfort.
San Juan de los Terreros
This is the most northerly village of the province of Almería just before its border with the province of Murcia. It is a beautiful small village with, arguably, the best beaches in the area and certainly the safest.
With Mojácar some 2o minutes south and the Spanish town of Águilas only 5 minutes north it is a great centre for seeing all the sights of the area. And there are many coves and small beaches along this stretch of coast and some great coastal walks linking the bays to the north.
San Juan has its own golf course - Golf Aguillón situated in the foothills of the surrounding range. An 18 hole par 70 course with panoramic views over the whole of San Juan and surrounding area.
San Juan is best arrived at from Murcia airport which is about half an hours drive along the new and quiet toll motorway. Almería airport is about one hour away. Alicante one hour forty minutes.
Ideal for those wanting to get away from it all and witness the genuine Spanish experience. Local shops and markets provide a wealth of Spanish culture, the bars and restaurants of the nearby towns are family friendly and cater for most tastes. This is a real chance to brush up on your Spanish and the locals are friendly enough to want to help you learn too. The lively town of Aguilas, host of the largest carnival in Spain, is only five minutes drive away.
