Villa Facilities:3 privately owned, detached villas overlooking the 4th green on the PGA championship golf resort of Mosa Trajectum. These are unique properties as they all have front line golf views. All villas have 2 bedrooms upstairs. Both twin bedded with double fitted wardrobes and drawer units, the main bedroom in all the villas overlooks the golf course with patio doors leading onto terrace the other bedroom overlooks the pool. The villas have a large bathroom upstairs and a downstairs WC.

All villas have fully fitted kitchens with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and full compliment of crockery and glasses.

Lounge with comfortable sofas, TV & DVD, Satellite TV is also installed which includes Sky Sports, Movies, BBC1, and ITV1 etc so there is no need to miss your favourite soap or sporting event.

The villas share a large communal pool set in beautiful gardens, each villa has a patio area, sun beds, table and chairs and BBQ. There is also ample car parking situated very close to the villas.

To add to your comfort the villas are fully air-conditioned, which can also be heated in the winter months and Mosquito netting has been fitted to all windows and patio doors.

Resort Facilities:Golf – the resort boasts a stunning 27 hole Championship golf course plus a 9 hole par 3 challenger course. As the villas have full golf user rights our guests are entitled to 60% discount on Golf Green Fees, you can play this magnificent course for just 32 Parador Hotel, which has a bar, an a la carte restaurant and snack bar.

The resort also has 24 hour roving security.

Location:Mosa Trajectum is only 20 minutes from Murcia Airport and 45 minutes from Alicante Airport.
10 minutes from the resort is the beautiful city of Murcia, which has something for everyone with its many bars, cafes and restaurants, or if you need some retail therapy there are plenty of fabulous shops such as Zara, Mango and El Corte Ingles or if you prefer to do some sight seeing there are many historical sites such as the magnificent cathedral which took over 400 years to build.
20 minutes drive to the coast is San Javier, a traditional Spanish sea side resort on the Mar Menor, just up the coast is the Mediterranean with its many sandy beaches.

These villas can be booked separately or together if there is a group of you, price is inclusive of bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
