This very popular complex has a lovely communal pool area accessed from the back terrace of the duplex.

It has been furnished to a very high standard comprising of master double bedroom with ensuite and two twin bedrooms which share the family bathroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen which has a terrace for al fresco dining. The large living / dining room opens out to a much larger terrace with views of the pool and gardens and there is also a large roof top solarium.

The beach, shops and restaurants are within easy walking access. They include typical Spanish restaurants, Italian, along with "chiringuitos" (beach bars) serving a variety of dishes at very competitive prices.

A bus links the various towns and villages in the area. From the historic old town of Mojacar to Garrucha with its harbour and busy fish market. The bus also links the water park and karting track.

Coach trips are also available to places such as Oasys theme park which offers a variety of entertainment and where you can also see were many movies have been made in particular the spaghetti westerns.

Mojacar offers a wide variety of activities including watersports, horseriding, scuba diving, fishing, tennis, padel and a range of local golf courses including the famous Desert Springs.
