This magnificent, villa lies at a beautiful location in an urbanisation with plenty of privacy and quiet. The villa has a private swimming-pool. Its sunny location is at 6 km from Lloret de Mar. You have a choice of peace and quiet or Lloret de Mars hustle and bustle, with its shops and many restaurants. There is plenty of entertainment at hand on the Costa Brava. This Costa is known for its beautiful seaside resorts. You fancy a day-trip to Barcelona? A fast metro service departing from Blanes takes you to the centre of Barcelona in little over an hour, where you can visit the Sagrada Familia. Dont miss out on the flamboyant Ramblas. If you book in the early spring an/or winter, a 2 hours car trip takes you to several winter sports areas in the Pyrenees

Interior:
The villa, suitable for a party of 10, is furnished with beautiful deal furniture. In the evening you can light a fire in the fireplace. Theres a satellite TV and a DVD-player. The kitchen is equipped with all possible comfort, such as a microwave, dishwasher and an electric oven. A dinner-set for 10 persons is available. There are five bathrooms in the villa, 2 of which with bathtub and en suite. The five bedrooms are spacious. Three of them have 2 single beds, the other two double beds. The house stands on a large plot with a surface of ca. 650 m2 , an absolute guarantee for your privacy. You can lie in the sun, look for a shaded spot under the trees if its too hot or take a refreshing dive in your own private swimming-pool. Internet is available. (extra charge 25€ p/w)

Surroundings:
The villa lies at 6 km from Lloret de Mar, which is renowned for its bustling night-life. You can visit several all-night bars and discos. This is a good place to visit during daytime as well, The many restaurants and the beautiful boulevard are certainly worth while a visit. Lloret de Mar has a magnificent long sandy beach, excellen for sunbathing and swimming in the sea. Barcelona lies at 75 km from the villa. You can visit several musea there. There is plenty of entertainment for children. At only 3 km lies Waterworld, a huge aquatic amusement park.

Conditions landlord:
If no damage was caused to the interior or buildings, you receive the entire deposit in return. The landlord will book the amount into your account. If there is any damage, please report this. The deposit will be used to cover the cost of repairs.

Arrival from 16:00h and departure before 10:00 a.m. A cot can be made available for a charge.

The landlord can arrange tickets and car rental. The charge for this service is € 10.-
