El Otro Lugar is a high quality villa in a very peaceful area of Moraira enjoying lovely views in all directions. There is ample parking inside the gated entrance. The sitting room is spacious, light and airy with contemporary furniture and windows facing all directions, and opens through wide patio doors onto a large covered naya and pool terrace where guests can sit in comfort in the shade on the outside sofas and chairs. For those who like to sunbathe there are sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool terrace. There is also a traditional barbeque area with dining table, chairs and umbrellas. Mature palms and a garden all make this a very pleasant place to be. The Villa accommodation is on two floors. On the upper floor are two twin bedded rooms and a modern fully fitted bathroom. All bedrooms are light and airy and have plenty of wardrobe space. There is a terrace off one of the bedrooms where it is nice to sit or just take in the picturesque views.
On the ground floor in addition to the sitting room there is a defined dining area and a separate spacious high quality new kitchen which is very well equipped with all modern appliances and which leads into a laundry area and the back door which looks out onto the garden and bbq area. Next to the dining area is a hall and a fitted cloakroom. The spacious ground floor master bedroom has a kingsize bed, contemporary furniture and a recently fully fitted ensuite. All the bedrooms and living areas have large ceiling fans, most of which are operated by remote control for your convenience.
