Andalucian Villa Rentals are currently registering all of our villas with the Tourist Board; they will all be fully licenced and regulated.
This spacious apartment is well equipped to suit modern living, it has it's own private outdoor space with a place to eat, easy access to the pool terrace where there are sun loungers and parasols for that much needed shade. You will have full and exclusive access to the pool area and barbecue. Although part of the main villa, there will be no one else holidaying whilst you are staying in the Penthouse.
The fully air-conditioned living accommodation, comprises of a large open-plan lounge, diner, kitchen, a double bedroom with a king-size bed and door on to the private balcony, a bathroom with shower over and a most impressive en-suite with a walk-in shower. Of course should you wish to holiday in winter, double glazing and the warm air heating will ensure that you stay is more than just comfortable and pleasant.
The Penthouse is only 20 minutes from the beaches of the Mediterranean, it is overlooking Lake Viñuela and the area has all of the necessary services such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, a fish and chip shop, beauty parlours..... and a superb golf course close at hand. There are a variety of restaurants close to the property around the shores of the lake and in the local villages of Los Romanes and La Viñuela where they offer menus to suit every taste.
Lake Viñuela is a peaceful holiday destination, approximately 1 hour from Malaga Airport with a choice of activities from country walks to Land Rover Safari’s, wildlife parks to water parks and from fishing to horse riding, or of course, do nothing, grab a book and relax. Whether summer or winter we 'nearly' always have sunshine.
You are virtually on the doorstep of THE best steak restaurant! We are just a short drive from La Vinuela, Los Romanes, and Puente Don Manuel, there are restaurants catering to all tastes and bars a-plenty. You can learn to sail, hire kayaks, go horse riding, walking and hiking, bird watching and lots of other healthy activities are virtually on your doorstep.

Welcome packs will be provided with each arrival of a week or more. An accidental damage waiver (ADW) of £7GBp/€9Eu per person will be added to your final balance, covering you up to £150Gbp of accidental damage. We offer a 10% discount off the rate for the second week or more out of the peak season. We can negotiate the prices for late availability bookings.
