Welcome to our new and modern Penthouse apartment in La Cala de Mijas. The apartment benefits from a 140 square meters rooftop terrace, covered with sun from early morning to late evening. It is furnished in a contemporary style and has excellent view over the Mediterranean sea.
This is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom penthouse with approximately 80 square meter inside space. The apartment has 4 sleeps, with additional sleeping berth in the living-room sofa. Bright, modern and furnished to a high standard throughout, in the gated complex CalaBlanca.
The building has 3 floors below the "Atico" / penthouse on the top floor. The elevator takes you there, either directly from the garage or the ground entrance. You have a designated parking-space in the underground parking area, with direct access to the top floor through the elevator. There is also street parking for additional cars, free of charge.
The apartment is located in a very quiet community, withdrawn from the local road, without disturbing noise from traffic. The urbanisation has 24 hours in-house security. There is also a new ALDI supermarket across the street - only 1 min walk from the apartment.
CalaBlanca has a very nice swimmingpool with a smaller childrens pool next to it, with gardens and sun-lounge area, showers and changing area. Perfectly overlooking the pool from the penthouse. The terrace is south-west facing and extends all around the apartment, in a "U" facing towards the sea. You are covered the whole day with morning, day and evening sun, with 140 square meters of terrace.
The private rooftop consists of a spacious outside sofa, 4 sun loungers, a dining table for 6 persons - with a large Barbeque to go along.
The livingroom has a large corner sofa and a coffee table, a 55" Samsung LED TV with 3D, BluRay-player and Apple TV connected with WiFi. There is a dining table for 6 persons inside as well.
Master bedroom consists of 1 queen size bed with a large design headbord in brown suede, a private bathroom with tub and shower screen, a wardrobe, and a porch door with private exit to the terrace.
Second bedroom consists of 2 single beds (can be combined if desired), a wardrobe, and an enclosed bathroom with all facilities.

Located in the heart of Costa del Sol, only a 25 min drive west of Malaga Airport, you find the beautiful town of La Cala De Mijas. From the penthouse, it is a 8 minute walk to the beach, and a 4 min walk to the nearest restaurant. The apartment is close to all amenities of La Cala de Mijas, with no actuall need for a car.
La Cala de Mijas still has that small town charm and feel, yet the refinement and amenities of a modern town. Every wednesday and saturday, you can walk to the local market within 4 minutes, where you can purchase anything from local fresh produce, clothing, jewellery, and everything else you desire. If you walk 200 m further down the street, you will find several supermarkets, bars, grocery stores, playgrounds, historical landmarks and romantic restaurants. La Cala has the perfect mix of restaurants from around the world.
La Cala is also a golfers paradise and probably one of the best Golf locations on the coast. Within walking distance from the apartment, you'l find La Noria Golf resort, a 9 hole course that are popular from both beginners and professionals. It is also a very short drive to La Cala Golf, the largest golf complex in Spain.
The apartment is situated close to Fuengirola, Mijas, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Malaga and Marbella.
