This Waterfront duplex apartment is bought in April 2012 and had since then got a thoral makeover. All repainted. New interior design, furniture has been updated to a higher level, together with all modern facilities like internet (LAN/WLAN), media computer, satellite-TV (English channels), LCD-TV's, Bang & Olufsen stereo system and highest quality "Hästen" beds. The garden has been updated with high quality artificial turf (always perfect garden), orange and lemon trees, flowers, sunbeds, lounge group. The backyard has got a fabulous round 12-person table and there is a Weber BBQ.
The owner is living in the beach duplex villa 4-6 month a year, and are known for taking extremely good care of his properties (he owns a couple of holiday homes at Costa del Sol).
There is a 4th bedroom next to the livingroom, but this is closed since it's the owners room/office. The room may be rented upon request and it's extra. There is a 160 cm Hästens bed together with a small officedesk with LED-TV (27") and DVD.

Our prices are fixed (=no negotiable) and adjusted to the season. This apartment is licensed under the Junta de Andalucia, license number VFT/MA/00354.
In the 4th bedroom there is a 160 cm Hästens double bed. All the double beds are highest quality beds.

When you arrive you will get the apartment in a perfect condition. As for normal final cleaning you can decide if you want to do everything (or a part of it) yourself or if you want us to clean the apartment. We are working with a Quality System and has a list for every room what/how to clean and are your departure we will do every step and will charge €17,50/hour (plus 21% VAT) which will be deducted from the security deposit you need to pay upon booking. In this way you will pay for the cleaning after which condition you leave the apartment in. We could also take care of the final dish, garbage etc at a fixed extra cost. So we offer the service you prefer.
We can provide towels (one small and one for shower) and beddings (pillowcase, duvet and sheet) for the cost of €10/person which is the cleaning cost we have.
The deposit is to be paid upon booking and will be transferred not later than 10 Days after your departure.
There is an extra €35 for arrival after 22.00 (10 pm) and after 01.00 (1 am) €50.
