A unique opportunity to stay in two apartments on the lower floor of a large villa but with sole use of the villa's pool and garden. The owners do not use the upper floor while the apartments are rented so it is totally private during your stay!

The villa is situated in an exclusive urbanization called "Bellavista" which is nestled at the bottom of the Pyrenees mountain range which makes a stunning backdrop.

Parking on private gated driveway, you then walk down a few steps to the apartments on the garden and pool level.

The accommodation consists of two separate apartments each with one double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining area. There is another bedroom in the middle of both apartments which joins both together and has two single beds

Outside there is plenty of space to enjoy outdoor dining, areas of shade provided by the trees and plenty of room in the garden and around the pool (8x4m) for sunbathing. It is a great garden for children to play in.

There are sea views from the garden of the Bay, Marina and Trinity Castle which also looks lovely when lit up at night.

The urbanization of Bellavista connects to the village of Palau Saverdera so you can walk to some great restaurants, cafes, a post office, butchers, bakers and a couple of supermarkets too.

The nearby town of Figueres is a 20km drive, it is a beautiful Catalan market town and is home to the Salvador Dali museum. Many hours can be spent taking coffee or tapas in the Rambla just watching the world go by. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

Peralada is also 20km drive and is home to Peralada Casino, Spa Resort and championship Golf Course.

For wine lovers, there are many cooperatives and vineyards in the area selling very high-quality local wines and cavas.

For food lovers, there are many restaurants including 1, 2 and 3 Michelin star restaurants within a 60km radius. One of the best restaurants in the World, Can Roca is close by in Girona.

Roses itself is a great coastal town with many fine sandy beaches and the very nearby beaches of Canyelles Petites and Almadrava are well worth a visit for beach lovers.

Cadaques and Port Lligat, the home of Salvador Dali is only 30-40 minutes drive.
