Andalucian Villa Rentals are currently registering all of our villas with the Tourist Board; they will all be fully licenced and regulated.
This superb villa positioned in the middle of an olive grove with commanding views over the valley to the mountains, yet still only five minutes from the bustling heart of Puente Don Manuel. The Axarquia is a peaceful holiday destination; the villa is just less then 1 hour from Malaga Airport. There are choices of activities, from country walks, to Land Rover Safaris, wildlife parks to water parks and from fishing to horse riding. This is your opportunity to sample the Spanish way of life in comfort.
From the moment you walk through the front door you realise that you are home, not just ‘on holiday’. The sumptuous sofas in the lounge, the two luxurious master en-suite bedrooms the covered terraces and the pool terrace all ooze relaxation.
This is a four double bedroom villa, allows up to eight adults and two infants to share this space. From the stunning first floor master room with access to it own private roof terrace, to the very large barbecue on the covered terrace, everything you want is here. The larger than average pool invites you while away the hours and take in the Andalucian sun and views to the mountain, the colours of which have to be seen at sunset and defy justice from a camera.
With seating and dining areas, both formal, and informal, shaded and sunny, you can stay in the sun, or just as importantly, out of it any time of the day.
Having the security of neighbours close by, the villa is completely private and cannot overlooked from anywhere.
The well furnished living room has a fan assisted log-burning fire and a ceiling fan, sofas, coffee table, Sat TV and a DVD player with a selection of books for your enjoyment whilst staying in the villa. A set of patio doors lead to the terraces and garden which affords lovely views down the valley to the lake and surrounding mountains.
There are two large master bedrooms, one upstairs with a private balcony, both with king size beds, changing areas, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets. The en-suites have; showers, WC’s, bidets and hand basins.
Bedroom 3 and 4, are adjacent to the family bathroom, both have double beds and built in wardrobes.
All bathrooms are fully tiled.
The fully tiled, modern kitchen is well equipped, with granite topped work surfaces, a large American style fridge freezer and integrated dishwasher. There is a built-in electric oven, a microwave, an electric ceramic hob.
Dining Hall: This impressive room has a dining table with six chairs and matching furniture. There is an outdoor utility room, housing the washing machine and gas water heater, iron and ironing board.
There is a large swimming pool, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen perfect for that outside dining that is a must here. There is a large wooden pergola with comfortable sofas and easy chairs, views of the pool and Mediterranean style garden, where there are flowering shrubs and fruit trees. There is ample private car parking for two or three cars.
There are a selection of books, toys and games for guests use.
Because of airline luggage limits, linen and all towels, including pool towels are provided. The villa is properly cleaned prior to occupation and again in accordance with length of stay. Additional cleaning is provided as required, subject to charge.
Notes on accommodation:
There is no smoking inside the villa, however ashtrays are provided on the terraces. Baby equipment can be provided at extra cost, e.g. cots, highchair, car seat, buggy, sterilizer etc. A golf club hire service is available upon request. We are unable to accommodate pets.
Notes on prices
A £7GBp per person surcharge is added to your final payment to cover accidental damage whilst at the villa. The costs covered are up to £150Gbp. Wilful damage will need to be settled locally with our representative. Cots, high chairs and other baby equipment are available free of charge.
We have no fixed changeover days and we will always try to be flexible to suit your flights and arrival times, however, when it is unavoidable and to allow time for a proper clean; we would ask that you vacate by 10.00 and not arrive before 16.00. Guests scheduled to arrive or depart between the hours of 00.01 – 00.700 will pay a €30 surcharge.
The area offers a myriad of things to do and see; on your door step you have the Sierra Tejada and Almijara Natural Parques, walking, hiking and cycling trails, horseback riding, quad adventures, sailing boat and kayak hire on the lake. The coast is only fifteen minutes drive away with all of the things you can do at a bustling seaside resort. Slightly further afield you have Nerja 40 minutes, Malaga and Fuengirola an hour, Granada and the Alhambra Palace and hour and a quarter as is Marbella, with place like Seville, Cordoba, Gibraltar and Ronda around two hours drive.There are two local golf courses, we have several sets of right handed clubs available for hire at very competetive rates.

|Note:||Prices are in GBPs per week but can be paid in Euros at that days rate of exchange. A Rental Agreement will be emailed to you and and bookings will be confirmed upon payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit with the remainder to be paid in full 6 weeks before holiday start date.|
A complimentary welcome pack will be provided with each arrival of a week or more, and a full shop? can be pre-ordered by email, at cost, plus a 25eu surcharge. We will require a £130/£150 refundable security deposit. We offer a 10% discount for bookings on the second of two weeks or more outside the peak season.
The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to occupation and again in accordance with length of stay. Additional cleaning provided as required, subject to charge. We include all towels, and ones for the pool, fair usage electricity and gas

We have no problem with late arrivals, however, any guests scheduled to arrive at the villa between 00.01 and 07.00, there will be a £30 surcharge.
