Nice, bright and well equipped apartment, located in Les Tonyines, a quiet residential area just 50 meters away from the beach and 2 km away from Llançà - HUTG-001641.

It has 3 double bedrooms (one with double bed and two with bunk beds), large living-dining room with sofa-bed, open plan kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large sunny terrace with some sea views. Behind the apartment there is a second terrace patio that belongs to the apartment.

Amenities: oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV and heating.

Maximum capacity: 8 people.

It includes parking space in the communal garage.

The complete equipment and its privileged location -away from the bustle in the centre and just 50 meters away from the beach-, make it an ideal lodgement for a family or a group to experience an unforgettable holiday in the Costa Brava.Apartment situated in a small building of 5 apartments very close to the sea and beach in the village of Llançà. It is a very well situated village, near the main towns of Figueres and Girona and at only two hours from Barcelona.

In Figueres you can find the Dali Museum and an important shopping area. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays there are markets. Figueres is situated at only 15 minutes by train or car from Llançà.

There are several small Mediterranean villages along the coast to visit: Collioure, El Port de la Selva, Cadaqués - Cap de Creus (Dalí´s house), the fishing villages of Roses and L'Escala, and the touristic resort of Empuriabrava.

Natural protected areas: Cap de Creus (Protected sea and coast area), L'Albera (Protected mountain area), Els Aiguamolls de l’Empordà (Important bird zone), La Garrotxa (Volcanic area) perfect to have nice walks. Llançà is situated at only 1 hour from the Pyrenees Mountains.

Medieval villages: Peralada with a fantastic music festival, Besalú Romanic village, Santa Pau volcanic area, Pals and La Bisbal with ceramics industry and the historical Jewish city of Girona.

Sports: parachuting, trekking, golf courses... Sea activities: sailing, snorkelling, diving, kayaking, kite-surf... Winter and adventure sports in the Pyrenees: skiing, snowboarding, hiking, horse riding, canoeing…

Recommendations: taste the Catalan cuisine with Mediterranean products and the reflection of the Catalan character, a mixture of land and sea. Buy typical handcraft products: any type of food, ceramics...

You will find an excellent selection of beaches and small quiet coves, as well as the richness of significant elements of cultural inherit age, from megalithic (with dolmens and prehistoric remains) to pre-Romanesque, which makes Llançà an ideal destination for family holidays. It offers both cultural and sporting activities. There are several popular festivities throughout the year. It has also an important watercolour gallery. This wide range of activities is complemented with the Nautical Club situated in a natural harbour.

Llançà has about 7 km of coastline.

The centre of the village and the port offer a wide range of shopping with a large diversity of products and the daily arrival of fishing-ships into the harbour. You can buy fresh fish in the small shops nearby.

Llançà offers you the opportunity to get to know the famous modern Catalan cuisine as well the traditional Catalan cuisine, excellent in all senses.

1. Bookings and payment
Reservations can be made by telephone or e-mail with the assurance that all inquiries will be attended immediately.

If you wish to book a property, please send us your personal details: full name, address, contact telephone number, identity card or passport number and birth date.

In order to confirm your booking, 40% of the total rental fee must be paid as a deposit within a period of 3 days in the following bank account. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.

The remaining amount must be paid 15 days before your arrival by bank transfer or credit card.

A damage deposit of the amount indicated on the reservation voucher has to be pre-authorized with a credit card on arrival. Apartments / Houses: 250/500 €. High Standing Properties: 1000/1500 €.
We remind that reparations or damages to material due to improper use are the client’s responsibility.

2. Services
Included: Water, electricity and gas (in exception of apartments equipped with central heating). In those apartments with air conditioning a maximum of 20 € of electricity consumption is included per week.
There are also available, with previous booking, travel cots or high-chairs for children.

Not included:
• Obligatory: Final cleaning price varies depending on the number of bedrooms of the accommodation: 1 bedroom 65 €, 2 bedrooms 80 €, 3 bedrooms 90 €, 4 bedrooms 120 € and 5 bedrooms 140 € (VAT 21% included). The apartment has to be retuned tidy, with clean dishes and no rubbish.

• Optional: The price to rent linen and towels is of 10 € per person (VAT 21% included).

3. Arrivals and departures
The apartments will be available from 4 PM (16:00h) to 8 PM (20:00h) for arrivals and have to be vacated OBLIGATORY before 10 AM (10:00h) on the departure day. Except during the low and middle seasons, with the pre-confirmation and authorization of the agency, it is possible to occupy and leave the apartments out of these hours.
On High season, the check-in day is on Saturday, except for the house which is on Friday.

If you cannot occupy the apartment on the first day of the reservation you must notify Ceigrup of your delay, in other case you will loose all your rights, without being able to claim for any compensation.

It is not permitted to lodge more people than it is allowed in the apartment, as well as to bring pets without the agreement of the agency. There is a surcharge of 30 € per pet in those lodgings that accept pets.

The customer commits to respect the stated rules of the community, especially those about the use of the swimming pool and barbecue.

4. Tourist Tax
Following the 5/2012 law, published the 20th March; there is a new tax on stays in tourist establishments in Catalunya. This involves the payment of 0.90 € fee per person per night (with a maximum of 6,30 € per person per stay) in cash on arrival. People aged between 0 and 16 years are exempt from paying this tax.

5. Cancellations
The cancellation fees are applied to the reservation deposit (40%) and are as follows:
• 5% when the cancellation is done prior to 30 days before the arrival (minimum charge: 100 €)
• 50% if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the client’s arrival.
• 100% if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the client’s arrival.

Ceigrup has, under major circumstances or those out of the company’s will, the right to change the accommodation by one of the same characteristics, or in case the customer does not agree, to cancel the contract refunding the total amount of the deposit given.
