The apartment is located very centrally in the quaint Arroyo de la miel (honey gap). Only 250 meters to the metro-like train (renfe) which constantly going to and from Malaga and the airport (last departure is at 23.30). From the airport it takes 15 minutes and therefore car hire is not necessary, unless you want to explore some of the many wonderful places that exist in Andalusia: O)
Arroyo is a really nice town, pulled slightly away from the coast, with its squares, shops and tapas bars. Yet there are only about 800 meters to the beach and the beautiful promenade that goes almost all the way to Malaga.
100 meters from the apartment is the Super Sol a fine supermarket
400 meters from the apartment is Tivoli World - a super amusement park for children and the young at heart.
APARTMENT:- We have just renovated a big part of the Apartment: New terrassedoor, larger terrasse, open kitchen, all walls renovated and painted etc.
- Large and lovely south facing apartment, spread over 2 floors, both with nice balcony. The apartment is at 4 floor and 5 floor reached by elevator, so the view from the two balconies appears with fantastic addition to city and coast. In the lower level, kitchen and large living room, while the upper level has 2 master bedrooms, one middleroom with single beds, 2 toilets / bath. In a closet you can find an extra bed to put out.
- Brand new airconditioning warm and cold effect.
- Electric radiators to the rarely cold winter nights.
- New and electric kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all kitchen equipment that you may need during your stay.
- The living room has access to a balcony where you have the most unique view to the sea!
- Modern living room with TV, CD player. The awnings can be rolled down and block the sun and rolled off when it is required.
- Two bathrooms, one bathroom with bathtub and one with normal shower. Towels are also inkluded.
- Two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and a private balcony (150cm wide, 2 m long) and a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers and a second bedroom with beautiful mountain views, just as with large double bed and fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
In the apartment you will find towels, bedsheets, iron and ironing board, vacoom cleaner, tools, beach stuff etc.
Big and beautiful garden with pool and children's pool. Around the pool area is beautiful shadow- and sunny spaces where you can lie back and relax and enjoy your holiday.
NOTE: The pool is opened with lifeguard around from 15 June to 15 October. There are outside this period, not guaranteed any opening.
Parking: The apartment does not have its own parking but below the Super Sol (just around the corner) is a large free public car park, where there usually is a vacancy.
In Arroyo de la Miel are wonderful restaurants , tapas bars , tea rooms , cafes, local fish shops, butchers and supermarkets,
Very close to the apartment is the famous Tivoli World and the green Palomapark where there is peace between trees, flowers , peacocks , rabbits and large lake with a fountain in the middle.
Every Friday is market where fresh vegetables , fruit, nuts are sold. You can also do a good deal in one of the stalls with clothing, jewelry , etc.
Close to the Tivoli and the apartment is a cable car which hit one of the highest peaks . At the top is a wonderful view to North Africa, Sierra Nevada ( large ski area that can be reached by car within a few hours : You can also ride on horseback or watch eagles and other rare birds.
If you like golf , there are lots of courses including the very beautiful parkland course Torrequebrada which is located a few kilometers from the apartment.
Water and electricity are included in the price. ( For longer stays , for example, in the winter consumption will be calculated )

If you arrive later than 24:00, it is important we know. As we will send the key in the mail and extra keys are available on our contact the next day.

You have to be out after 10:00
These times are of course flexible if that is not reserved by other either by the arrival / departure.
