Beautiful well equipped villa in a prime but tranquil location situated in urbanization Montemolar, L'Olla within walking distance to L'OLLA BEACH (1.6 km) with its beach bars with great tapas, various WATER SPORTS at El Portet (featured on You Tube)in high season and stunning views. ALTEA LE VELLA IS 3 MINUTES AWAY. L'Olla train station is situated at the bottom of Montemolar Urbanization giving easy access to ALTEA (a short 2 minute journey), BENIDORM TO ALICANTE AND CALPE, MORAIRA, DENIA
VALENCIA is approx 1 hour 20 minutes away by car.
Villa Castillo de Lobo is situated in an all day sunny location and has a walled perimeter offering plenty of privacy with access by double gates leading to ample car parking for 6+ cars.
Large spacious outside area has a 10 x 5.5 meter family friendly salt water swimming pool - graduated steps and a steady incline suitable for small children. Outside shower and ample sunbeds. There are numerous outside eating areas, a gas bbq/plancha and a decked pergola area with comfortable relaxing seating and lighting. Garden areas have fruit trees and solar lighting
The villa is built on two floors each with fully equipped kitchens. The property benefits from a water filtration system which allows drinking water fresh from the taps and mosquito screens are fitted to various windows and doors for your comfort.
The entrance leads onto a lounge area and stairs to the upper level. There is a small office/work area. Various books and DVD's are available for your perusal
The first bedroom has a double bed, ample wardrobe and drawer space and a comfortable seating area. Hot and cold air con. The en-suite has a white bathroom suite which comprises of a bath with shower fittings, a separate shower cubicle, toilet, urinal and hand basin with vanity unit.
The second ground floor bedroom has twin beds and again ample wardrobe and drawer space and is cooled with an air-con unit.

The main spacious lounge/dining area has T.V. DVD player, bookshelves hot and cold air con and log burner. A large dinning table and seating is available.
Leading to the ground floor fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas oven/hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a full range of crockery/cooking and eating utensils. The door leads to an eating area with parasol which overlooks the swimming pool with stunning views of the mountains.
The open plan first floor has a large black/white themed lounge area and has a double sofa bed, T.V. DVD player and bookshelves, the large patio doors lead to an upper level terrace with outside seating stunning views to the mountains and the swimming pool area. A fully equipped modern kitchen with electric oven/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and fridge freezer, a full range of eating and cooking equipment is also provided.
The beautiful large bedroom has ample wardrobe and drawer space and air con. The en-suite has a large shower cubicle, low level w.c. and twin hand basins enclosed in a vanity unit.
There is a separate Laundry room with washing machine.
The housekeeper lives in an independent chalet on the adjoining plot and will meet and introduce you to the villa. The housekeeper does not under any circumstances have use of the villa, pool or any of the outdoor eating areas during your stay making it totally private for you and your family.
The prime location of this villa allows for various types of holidays.
ALTEA TOWN is a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute leisurely stroll away with its aria of continental cuisine and shops/supermarkets. Altea town is a holiday haven for the more discerning tourist who will be captivated by its beauty and palm fringed seafront. The OLD TOWN OF ALTEA with its picturesque views and famous church are well worth a visit. Excellent Spanish cuisine can be found and has live music on most Friday and Saturday nights in high season.
The five star VILLA GADEA HOTEL with its wedding packages, spa, gym,tennis courts etc is a 2 minute drive away therefore being a perfect place for wedding guests.
We are approx 1.5 km away from DON CAYO GOLF course and a short drive from FONTS DE ALGAR which is perfect for a family day or a romantic stroll with spectacular waterfalls and eating areas. GUADALEST is also worth a visit, this is approx 25 minutes away and is in the high mountains, there is a water reservoir, church, castle and tourist shops are plentiful, lots of eating places and spectacular views
The region is a HIKERS/CLIMBERS paradise with nature parks and mountain ranges. All ADVENTURE SPORTS are within easy reach and you can even do a wonderful JEEP SAFARI.
Should you want THEME/WATER PARKS or to dance the night away they are a short 10 km drive or train ride away.
ALBIR is approx 5 km away and beautiful sandy beaches await at CALPE 9 km away
