This Townhouse is set right on the border between Fuengirola and Benalmádena, in the cozy and extremely well kept urb. Balcón de Benalmádena. It´s in the first line towards the beach, and as the whole urb. is set on a slope, the views from the house, and from all over the urb. is breathtaking. Facing southwest on the sun roof, for example, You have spectacular views both over the ocean, over all of the Fuengirola beach- and coastline, as well as over the beautiful mountains.
Some words from a visit in June 2014 (Jessica from England): "We had a really lovely week in your house. It was beautiful, especially the new kitchen! We loved the roof terrace and the open plan sitting/dining area downstairs. The bedrooms were all perfectly equipped and it was generally a lovely setting. The pool was also great! It was nice and peaceful in the complex and so near the beach. Thanks for your great support in renting your house. You and your agency have been very helpful!"
Although a rental car is recommended, as it always is useful, it´s actually not a necessity with this Town House, because about 800 metres from the house is the "Carvajal" train station. This is a stop on the Malaga Cercanías train, running directly between Málaga city centre, Málaga international Airport Pablo Ruiz Picasso and Fuengirola. If You do have a rental car, parking is no issue, since there is a large number of free parking spaces belonging to the urb.
The Town House is built in 2004 and is in a very good condition. All of the inside is newly refurbished, the kitchen was totally remade in 2014, with all brand new furniture and machinery. In the summer of 2016, the televisions (one in the Living room and one in the Master Bedroom) was mounted on the walls, and both the balcony on the first floor and the Sun roof were redecorated with new furniture, including sun beds. The bedrooms are well equipped with towels and bed linen, and the kitchen has all the utensils needed for a worry free vacation, including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender and mixer.
On each floor of the house there are nice outdoor areas. On the bottom floor there is a well sized balcony, with barbecue facilities. On the bedroom floor, there is a small terrace and on top there is a truly wonderful Sun roof, that measures close to 30 square meters. The sun roof has a removable "sun shade roof", and is like the two other balconies, equipped with outdoor furniture.
BEACH: From Balcón the Benalmádena there is direct access to the lovely Playa Cubana, with activities such as boat renting - as well as shower facilities, toilets and wonderful restaurants. Together with Los Boliches and the Fuengirola beaches, Playa Cubana is forming an 8 km long stretch of nice wide sandy beaches, all the way connected by a beach board walk, restaurants and shops.
GOLF: There are a very high number of golf clubs in the very proximity of the house. For example Torrequebrada Golf, a few kilometers to the east.
TENNIS: The area is full of Tennis Clubs, for example is the famous Lew Hoad Tennis Club, a few minutes drive to the west. But even closer there are several tennis clubs to choose from.
HIKING/WALKING/CLIMBING: Staying at Balcón de Benalmádena, the mountain is present at all times. So those who enjoy spending time in the mountain has a load of opportunities. For example there is a Cable Car, running from central Benalmádena to the top of the Calamorro Mountain, which can be the base for further hiking. |Note:||Note that the reservation fee (50%) of total rental price, can be payed by credit card directly on this site, using Paypal. However, since there is a fee from Paypal to use this option, there will be an need to add +5% to any payment made through Paypal. I.e. if the rental cost is 1000€, the reservation fee is 500€, and if payed through Paypal, the due payment should be 525€.
The final 50% is payed on arrival at the house.
Arrival after normal office hours (depending on the season) is charged with an extra 50€, due to the overtime work required by our local agent.
