This brand new villa is one of our latest 2015 additions to our holiday rentals portfolio and has been chosen because of its top qualities throughout.
With marble floors everywhere except for the terraces, marble-stone bathroom walls, large rooms and exceptionally large dine in kitchen, this luxury villa is the perfect choice for a large family or even 2 families traveling together.
This lovely villa features 3 double bedrooms (the master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate shower) with queen-size beds, and a quadruple bedroom with 2 sets of solid wood bunk-beds with standard, thick mattresses (not sunbed type).
There is a formal dining room, two living rooms next to each other, ideally configured as TV area and reading area, with a generous library that includes many genres for all tastes.
The kitchen is totally independent and has a large table and chairs for 8 guests. It includes all new appliances, ceramic stove, and side by side American fridge with filtered water and all kinds of small appliances.
The main floor terrace overlooks the garden and private pool (and oval-kidney shaped pool equivalent to the standard 8 x 4 meters pool) and features another dine-in area and chill out corner, plus some gym equipment for the sporty.
The master bedroom and the secondary bedroom share a large terrace with beautiful sea views.
The other double bedroom has its own terrace overlooking the garden and the street and it´s a great place to have breakfast, as it´s shady in the mornings.
The whole house has central aircon, but due to its high setting and its proximity to the sea, you can open a window at night to feel the natural sea breeze and you wouldn´t need to use the aircon.
Sheets and towels are included for use inside the premises. Please bring your own beach towels.
The house is only 5 minutes by car to the beaches of La Cala de Mijas, Riviera del Sol or Calahonda.

Electricity: We give an allowance of 150kW per week for normal electricity usage and anything above this is charged at 0.25 € per kW. Please make sure you read the electricity meter with our Manager on start and finish of your holiday.
Final clean fee goes mainly towards professional laundry and dry cleaning services, thus you are required to leave the property in the same clean state as when you checked in (except for linens). We cover the additional cleaning of the house up to 8 hours. Any extra hours required in excess of our 8 hour allowance are charged at 15 Euros per hour.
Owner's decision regarding any damages deductions is final.
