Great apartment and location, well furnished and easily accessible. Beautiful views over the mountains. Organising with owner and service manager was very efficient. Definitely will go back in the future.

The owner was really good with communication and answered any questions very quickly. Booking was easy, even though the owner advertises on other sites which protect your payment, the only way to pay is by direct bank transfer to the owners account which did worry me slightly as warnings always say not to do this. However, no need to be concerned, the apartment was as listed, best part the amazing terrace for relaxation. Kitchen well stocked with glasses/crockery. Lovely pool kept clean by a team of workers. Easy meet and greet and departure by a local man. We did have a drain problem while we were there but within 30 minutes of letting the owner know, the maintenance man was round to inspect and it was fixed the very same day. Supermarket within 5 mins drive. Local resorts were busy but then we went in the main holiday season so was to be expected. This apartment is good for people with mobility issues as it is all on one level from the parking garage, through the apartment to the pool.

We stayed in the apartment for a week in August and were treated to a mini heatwave. The apartment is very well presented with lots of cooking equipment and cutlery. There was a number of seating options both inside and out and a great patio area right next to the pool. 3 separate toilets suited our family needs easily. The pool was really quiet for the time of year and we only got attacked by golf balls a couple of times. We did have a few points that would have improved our stay. 1) the apartment is identified as having air conditioning, it does, but it is on a two hour timer. Not so much an issue throughout the day but at night time it was hot and we had to keep getting up to reset it. 2) I did not check on the itinerary to see if there was a BBQ, given the location, it would have been great to have a BBQ but there was not one to use. 3) there were two security cameras overlooking the apartment's private sunbathing area and outside patio area, my wife and daughter were not comfortable with this. I placed a plastic bag over each camera which stopped them from being used. On the whole a really nice apartment in a lovely location overlooking the golf course but I would like to have be informed about the items above before my booking

Hi - Thanks for your comments and we are pleased you had a good holiday. I'd like to comment on the points you made : 1. The apartment has full air conditioning in lounge and bedrooms. However, in the past, some clients left it on during the whole day when they went out. In Spain, electricity is extremely expensive and during summer, our bills were extortionate. As we didn't want to charge clients extra, we were advised to put the aircon on a 2 hour timer, which can be reset at the push of a button. 2. Regarding the BBQ, some years ago we did offer one, but clients misused it, and for health and safety reasons we didn't want to risk any clients being ill. Also, it was used it on the terrace, and the ceiling was blackened resulting in us having to re-decorate. 3. The security cameras are not monitored. They are there, just to deter intruders, and in 12 years there have never been any incidents. They are there for clients safety. We hope this has clarified all your issues.
