Drac Adormit is a very spacious three bedroom country villa set in huge gated grounds with its own private pool. The house has been in our family for a decade and 2016 is the first year we are opening it for the rental market.
It has sea and countryside views and is set in a peaceful area classed as countryside but very close to all necessary amenities.
The house has an enormous terrace with a covered area for relaxing, dining and barbequeing. The pool is a good size for swimming, splashing about with the family or sunbathing at the waters edge.
Vall D Or golf club is approx 1km away. The nearest supermarket is about 2km away. The nearest beach is about 3km away. And the delightful fishing town of Porto Colom, nestling in the largest natural harbour on the island is only 3km away. Porto Colom has a selection of good restaurants and is the stop off for the local 'glass bottomed' boat.
The resort town of Cala D'Or is only a ten minute drive away for those wanting more lively pursuits and where there is also a marina sporting some of the loveliest boats around.
Only 45 minutes from Palma airport the surrounding area boasts the finest cove beaches on all of Majorca.
The house is a wonderfully tranquil place from which to explore the area or simply to stay put and relax.
