Welcome to our tourist licenced and legitimate holiday home which is situated on the award winning Dona Pepa urbanization, Ciudad Quesada, Rojales. Just 30 mins drive from Alicante or Murcia airport
This is a lovely stylish 3 bed / 2 bath house with private community pool, showers and toddler pool set in gardened area. It is fully furnished to a very high standard and offers all the comforts of home. There is hot and cold air conditioning (an essential in Spain), as well as ceiling fans, and Satellite TV with English channels and radio stations). NEW FOR 2016 WiFi .There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. Washing machine in outside utility room. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading onto full length front sun terrace. A safe is installed for valuables. The twin bedded room also has fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading onto the rear sun terrace. Further twin bedded downstairs and additional shower room with WC and washbasin.

Within the immediate vicinity (5 min walk) there is a supermarket, internet post office, bank, restaurants and bars. Within a 15 min walk there is Quesada village with numerous shops, bars, restaurants, banks, medical centre etc. Also in Quesada there is the Aqua Park, Country Club (tennis, live entertainment) and La Marquesa Golf Club. Within 35 minutes of Quesada there are just under 20 golf courses making the area the Golfing Centre of Europe. The region offers a wide range of sporting and leisure attractions and is situated on the edge of The Natural Park, renowned for its therapeutic salt lakes, mud baths, pink flamingoes and other species of wildlife.
The old Spanish town of Guardamar is 10 mins drive and has excellent sporting facilities for windsurfing, sailing, water-skiing, scuba diving and jet skiing etc at the Marina’s nautical club. There is also an outstanding sports complex for tennis, basketball, football etc, and an Olympic swimming pool. Guardamar boasts 11 kms of dunes and sandy beaches, and the ‘Queen Sofia’ Park to enjoy a quiet stroll through its botanical gardens.
There are numerous local fiestas throughout the year. Also daily markets and clubs and music bars. Something for everyone!
HAVE PEACE OF MIND WHILST ON HOLIDAY WITH A PERSONALISED SERVICE: Our housekeeper lives nearby and can offer help should it be needed, and any problems can be resolved with the minimum of fuss.
Nursery equipment can be hired from our housekeeper and set prior to your arrival. All to British Safety Standards. All our guests are personally met and welcomed by our housekeeper when arriving at the property, where an explanation of facilities and local amenities are given.
A comprehensive information folder is in the property, along with tourist attractions, maps and brochures of the surrounding areas. The extremely efficient air conditioning is hot and cold, making it ideal for summer and winter lets. Security grills; Ceiling fans; Safe for valuables; Digital TV; Washing machine; Oven and hob; Fridge/freezer; Microwave; Iron; Toaster; hairdryer. 60€ IS REQUIRED FOR CLEANING AND LAUNDRY AND IS PAYABLE TO HOUSEKEEPER ON ARRIVAL PLEASE. £100 per week holding deposit is payable on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the arrival date. A £100 key/damage deposit is required along with the balance, and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the house within 1 weeks of departure. Please report any damage to the housekeeper, or smaller breakages can be replaced with similar item eg. crockery or glasses.
LONG TERM RENTAL is available for those waiting to own Spanish property, or wanting to escape the British winters! Please e- mail for rates. Short term (less than a week) is also available for property inspection trips etc.
WE AIM TO BE FLEXIBLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR HOLIDAY REQUIREMENTS.
We do not operate a Sat-Sat booking policy. You may book to arrive and depart any day of the week to take full advantage of obtaining the cheapest flight deals.
CHECK IN: House is available on arrival from 14:00 hrs.
CHECK OUT: Guests are asked to vacate by 10:00 hrs on day of departure.
(Should guests have a late departure flight and providing no guests moving in, my housekeepers may be able to arrange later times)
A £25 supplement is added for Christmas / New Year, and Easter.
