Top left photo above shows the beautiful location of the properties in relation to the bay and the surrounding greenery. The house partly visible is a neighbour 200 metres from VilSol. It’s identical except smaller than VilSol. To get that particular bay view, taken from an elevated position behind the properties, that bit of house is unavoidable. Its impossible to get that exact same shot from VilSol as one can’t get that far behind and above the property. However as you can see from all our other pictures, our views are just as spectacular! Vil Sol is something a little different. A spacious, secluded, two-storey, hillside villa with breathtaking sea, mountain and vineyard views. South-facing, all day sun. A roomy villa (140m2) in Morairas most exclusive area. Sleeps 4 in two large bedrooms. The property shares a large pool and is just minutes from Morairas fantastic family-friendly beaches, restaurants and marina. Three minutes from the charming market town of Teulada. More excellent beaches at Javea, Denia, Calpe and Altea 10-20 minutes away. Large rooms, great views and privacy.

It has one of the best climates of continental Europe and is ideal for year round visiting. Cool sea breezes in summer and protected against the cold North winds in winter. The area remains exclusively for villa owners and individuals, who prefer the independent holiday. Restaurants in abundance( 3 Michelin star-rated), shops, wineries, historic buildings and celebrations, all watersports, golf, tennis, horse-riding, go-karts, walking, cycling, climbing, parasailing, themepark Terra Mitica, excursions or renting a Harley Davidson! Villa layout Overlooking the Moraira valley and bay area on a very small, quiet residential development of just fifteen properties. Fifteen metre shared pool with terrace, BBQ area, toilets and shower. The entrance level upper floor comprises kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and separate lounge with patio doors opening on to the balcony. Downstairs are two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, large covered terrace and secluded garden area for sun bathing. The south facing balcony and downstairs garden have sun all day.

Single weeks in peak season:
Christmas and New Year 299 per week plus 29 heating
Prices above are based on two people. If more than two people are staying, the weekly rental rate for the property (not per person) is increased by a modest 20 to 40 pounds depending on time of year to cover the associated additional change-over and laundry costs.
Air conditioning (in bedrooms), heating, broadband Internet access available subject to modest supplement. These facilities will only be available If the relevant supplement has been paid at time of booking. If you require these facilities please request them in writing at the time of booking.
On winter bookings, a charge of 29 pounds is applicable. (Heating by radiators and two gas fires)
Broadband is available at 10 pounds per week (this covers the weekly fee we are charged). Access is provided (by local telecoms company) when it's needed, and is switched off when not needed.
