This private and spacious villa is situated in its own grounds and is within easy walking distance of all the amenities.There are a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from and the San Jaimie Golf Course is a 3-4mins drive away.
There are a number of sandy and pebbled beaches close to and within easy walking distance of the villa.There is a secluded rocky beach within 4-5 mins walk.
The villa has over 200 metres of terraces, a 10x5m pool with underwater lighting, a separate barbacue area with Gas Barbecue, a lovely covered naya (terrace) large and well maintained gardens and for the children there is a childs carousel and a large ping-pong table.
The interior is bright and spacious and consists of lounge with cable T.V, separate dining room, fully fitted modern kitchen.
Downstairs you have two large double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, bath and shower room and separate wc. and washbasin.
Upstairs are the two master Double Bedroom with en-suite bathroom,both with private furnished terraces overlooking the pool and gardens. There are sea views from the bedroom terraces.
ALL BEDROOMS ARE AIR CONDITIONED
There is a private pebbly beach with a few minutes stroll and supermarket, restaurants, shops and bars are only a short walk away.
Moraira is a quaint, cosmopolitan resort offering many shops, cafes, restaurants, and numerous bars. The town has retained much of its old charm of narrow cobbled streets, the central Church square, pavement cafes plus its excellent port and marina.
The marina is bordered by a number of cafes and offers the opportunity to feed local fish and sample catch of the day. There is the weekly Friday Market with its variety of local stalls offering a wide selection of products including, fresh produce, leather wear (particularly shoes) and clothes being among the best of the bargains.
There is a lovely wide sandy beach where the water is calm and shallow that makes it ideal for all the family. This area of the Costa Blanca is recognised by the world health organisation as one of healthiest places in the world, with an average temperate climate of 320 days of sunshine. It is easy to see why people return year after year to this lovely part of Spain
For some great family excursions you can visit the fabulous “AQUALANDIA” Water Theme Park, the entertaining “MUNDOMAR” Animal Water park (must see the fantastic Dolphin Show) or for all the family visit the marvellous “TERRA MITICA” one of Europe’s largest Family Theme Parks.
The Moorish village of Guadalest, the Algar Falls and the caves at Benidoleig are also within easy reach. The local bodegas in Jalon are famous and are excellent places for wine tasting.
For a special
evening, visit the Benidorm Palace for dinner and a spectacular cabaret show. A car is, therefore, essential to enjoy your holiday.

The final payment will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. There is a refundable loss/breakage deposit of £300 which will be returned within 7-10 days of departure. All bed linen, hand and bath towels are included.
There is an optional linen change for stays of 2 weeks at a cost of 15 euros per room.
If required a mid stay clean is available at a cost of 15 euros per hour. (min 2 hours)
