The apartment has attractive and uninterrupted views of the beach and Mediterranean, directly overlooking beach promenade with no road. It has been completely rewired and redecorated in Nov/Dec 2015.
It is south-west facing providing sunshine on the balcony and lounge areas during winter months. Long term winter lets by separate negotiation.
The apartment block has its own lift, outdoor swimming pool and garden area. It is located in a pleasant location with easy access through the garden gate to the promenade walk and beach.
The two en suite double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning/heater units and have ample storage space. Both bedrooms have panoramic sea and coastline views.
The apartment is equipped with one en-suite bathroom complete with bath, shower, handbasin, bidet and WC and a separate en-suite shower room complete with shower, WC and handbasin.
The lounge/dining area is bright and spacious with plenty of seating. The dining area is provided with a dining table and four chairs.
Wifi.broadband service is included in the rental price and the apartment is equipped with a 26in flatscreen TV and a DVD player. There is a good selection of DVDs and books for visitor use. The TV can access free Spanish TV channels and UK TV channels by an IPTV system (installed March 2016).
Leading off the lounge area is a spacious balcony with four chairs and two tables. The balcony has incredible views along the promenade, beachfront and sea (please see photos)
The kitchen area is supplied with all modern appliances including an oven, 4 ring hot plate, microwave, washing machine and a separate drying room.
The apartment block is serviced by a caretaker and can be accessed at night through an entry intercom ensuring security. The apartment is also equipped with a rubbish chute in the corridor outside the apartment.
Bedding, linen and towels and cleaning service every 2 weeks are included.
Free car parking is available outside the apartment (note this is usually very busy during the summer months).
