Please note that if you look on google maps, it may seem that the house might suffer some noise from the coastal road, but THAT IS NOT THE CASE. Between the road and the house is a hill which greatly takes away the noise. So you don't see or hear the traffic. Indicidently, while sitting on the patio, you may hear a heavy truck passing by, but that is all. Also, the coastal road has become very quiet since the constructions of the motorway between Nerja and Almuñecar.

- Excellent location - Very nice house - But kitchen needs to be upgraded (it looks like it is the only thing that is missing in the renovation).
