The villa, with its own well-tended garden in which big beautiful palm trees are is located in a quiet residential area in a beautiful area. On 1.5 km from the beach the ancient coastal town of Moraira. Within walking distance, 5 min, are nice terraces, restaurants, bars, newsagent, supermarket, bakery and other shops.
The spacious and cozy living room with a (gas) fireplace, to increase the atmosphere, but also radio, CD, DVD, WiFi and satellite TV are available. The villa has central heating in all rooms for a comfortable stay in the winter
From the living room, through French doors, you enter the large covered front terrace with a large table and comfortable chairs, from where you have a panoramic view over the valley and the hills of Moraira, From here you can enjoy life on the sun terrace with sun loungers and life in and around the pool
The fully fitted kitchen, is equipped with a gas cooker with wok burner, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave and dishwasher. For lovers there is also a BBQ.
Our villa has a "master" bedroom with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 2 singlebeds, spacious wardrobes and adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom with bath, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom 2 en 3 are also equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 2 singlebeds and spacious wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower with lockable glass door, toilet and vanity. All windows have screens.
The swimming pool (8x4) has a built-in wide staircase with a chrome bent tube for easy access for both young and old. Also you do not miss the outdoor shower. Once or twice a week, the pool man comes to clean the pool and check it. It's also right next to the pool a covered terrace with table and comfortable chairs. So, if you wish, you can sit out of the sun, while you still have contact with
life in the pool and on the sun terrace. The pool is equipped with lighting and with the lighting of the terraces and garden shows in the evening a cozy and romantic atmosphere.
Downstairs is a large garage where the washing machine, extra fridge and a personal safe are. Outside the garage there is ample parking in the fenced area.
Our Dutch manager (multilingual) receives you and explains the operation of the devices and the house. The manager ensures that the house on arrival tiptop looks. He also takes care of the final cleaning of the house.
In the green hills that surround Moraira, you can enjoy the natural beauty that this coast to offer during the trips.
Moraira is an excellent starting point for cycling and mountain biking. Bicycles can be rented onsite. There is a Dutch owner, he is specializes in coaching small groups. While riding enjoy you an exclusive vacation.
Moraira is also an excellent starting point for many exciting excursions in the area as the large theme park Terra Mitica, Terra Natura (animals waterpark) Mundomar (sea world, including dolphins), Aqua Natura (water park), Aqualandia (Sea World), a trip to the Jalon Valley with its famous Nerja Donkey Sanctuary or the waterfalls of Callosa or a scenic drive through the mountains to Guadalest.

Moraira is situated in a beautiful bay on the end of a valley and has developed from a small fishing village to an attractive and charming resort. The local beaches have been awarded the EEC (blue flag) for cleanliness and safety. Moraira has an extensive and modern marina with a Club Nautico with many berths with water and electricity.
There are several golf courses in the immediate area; <Villaitana Golf Benidorm / Terra Mitica 40 km 36 holes (two lanes).
Moraira can be reached by plane via the airports of Alicante and Valencia. Or by car on the motorway AP7,which runs close of Moraira.
