Villa Leila is a stunning 300m2 modern Ibiza style villa with a large private pool. It has been decorated with both style and comfort in mind and offers spacious bright rooms and living areas with superb views over the Garraf Natural Park.

The upper and lower sleeping areas are separated by a spacious open plan living/dining room with a large fully equipped modern kitchen on the main floor – this layout makes Villa Leila ideal for groups or 2 families wishing to share a space yet maintain some privacy.
The large decked pool with outdoor dining area is for sole use of guests. Importantly, if travelling with kids, the main floor with the open plan area has a terrace overlooking the pool area.

The front of house garden also has a terraced area which overlooks the kids play area and is perfect for those wishing to get away from the sometimes busy pool environment. Villa Leila is in the locality of Olivella, a little hamlet with cobbled streets and a church all overlooking beautiful countryside & vineyards. Stunning! It would be a shame not to visit the village when you are here. It really is beautiful.

Direct train connection Sitges to Barcelona 35 minutes. Bus Service to Barcelona from St Pere De Ribes every hour. San Pere de Ribes (closest town) with large supermarket 5 minutes.

A booking deposit of 30% of the total villa rental is required to reserve the villa.
The remaining 70% can be paid 6 weeks in advance of arrival date by bank transfer or in cash on arrival - to be agreed at time of booking.
A damages deposit of €700 and a cleaning fee of €200 will be required either by bank transfer 6 weeks in advance or in cash upon arrival.
Please Note: the damages deposit will be returned within 7 days after departure by bank transfer if everything in order even in circumstances where it is paid in cash.
During Winter months an additional €100 is charged for heating
CHECK INS – Check in is normally after 16:00. Where possible, we will endeavour to accommodate early arrival times but in high season this is unlikely. Check in is at our office on Calle Jardi 16, Sitges 08870. All guests are required to register with a passport or National ID card and the register may be inspected by the local police from time to time.
LATE CHECK INS - from 8pm – 12pm or on Sundays anytime will incur a charge of €40 per villa. A check in after midnight any day will incur a charge of €75 per villa. Our office hours are Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm Saturdays: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm (High Season) Sundays/ Public Holidays : CLOSED
CHECK OUT is before 11am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Check out requirements apply to all villas and are available at the villa and upon check in. Failure to adhere to these check out undertakings will result in additional charges being levied.
