Andalucian Villa Rentals are currently registering all of our villas with the Tourist Board; they will all be fully licenced and regulated.
Casa Iris is a luxury villa in a convenient location on the edge of the village of Los Romanes, with stunning views over Lake Vinuela, a private swimming pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious lounge/dining room,a Wi-Fi internet connection and for outdoor dining there is a covered terrace with spectacular views across the lake to the mountains beyond.
This is a home, and has been furnished as such; it is certainly not a typical rental villa. The villa has plenty of outside space with both sunny and shaded areas, a covered dining terrace, sun loungers and private parking for two cars.
An ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area, including; the Tejada Natural Parque where you can take a Land Rover safari up in to the mountains, go horse riding, walking, mountain biking, learn to sail, rent sail-boats and kayak's, go bird-watching, or take yourself sight seeing. We are central to most attractions of the Costa Del Sol, and the historical centres of Gibraltar, Granada, Seville and Cordoba.

Two minutes drive will take you to two of the best restaurants in the area, a one typically Spanish and a superb Indian. We are also close to all of the amenities of Puente Don Manuel, La Vinuela and Alcaucin, where there are; shops, chemists, banks with cash points, numerous bars and restaurants, including a fish and chip shop and even a beauty parlour.
Bedrooms: Master bedroom with king size bed, double wardrobes, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 is a double, it has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets, whilst bedroom 3 has twin beds, wardrobes, bedside cabinet, and chest of drawers. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and heated.
Bathrooms: En-suite to master with bath, shower over fitment, W/C, hand basin, bidet and mirror.

Kitchen: Modern fully fitted, with spacious worktops and a breakfast bar. Electric fan oven, Ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, kettle and toaster.
Living Rooms: The whole villa has a luxury feel to it and has been furnished as a home. The bright and airy lounge/dining room has three double patio doors, two of them leading on to the terraces. There is an open, log burning fireplace , 2 extremely comfortable leather sofas, dining table and 6 chairs. SatelliteTV, flat screen TV and heater panels for those cosy winter breaks.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Fresh towels including pool towels and linen are provided. Our property is cleaned to a high standard prior to occupation. With a change of linen dependent on length of stay.

Coast/Beach. The sandy beaches of the Costa de Sol are just 20 mins drive away with Lake Vinuela at the end of the road you take to come up to the village.
Golf, and Golfing Breaks. Within 15 minutes you will be at Baviera Golf club on the coast at Torre del Mar, and in 20 you will be at Anoreta. Golf tee off times and club hire can be arranged if required.
Bird-watching. Trips and tours can be arranged with a local expert, (please contact us for further information).
Cycling/Running Holidays, Can be arranged locally, especially during the spring and autumn, (please contact us for further information).
Malaga airport is less than an hour’s drive, whist Granada airport is about an hour and a quarter. Nerja is 40 minutes away, The Alhambra Palace takes just over an hour as do the hot-spots of Marbella, Puerte Banus, Belemadena and Fuengirola. Seville, Cordoba and Gibraltar are approx 2 hour’s drive away Car hire is recommended to explore the surrounding areas and get the very most from your stay in our beautiful area.

A 25% deposit will be taken to secure your holiday, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A 10% discount is offered on the price of the second week, but not within the peak season. Rates for Christmas and New Year available on request. We are flexible on change-over days and times in to, and out of the villa, however, when needs must, we ask guests to be out by 10.00, and not arrive before 16.00.
