The villa is walled all round and very private. It is a perfect location for a relaxed Family Holiday. Situated on a corner plot, access is convenient and easy and within walking distance of an excellent bus service. Steps at the rear and front lead up to the house. There are two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and diner. There is a sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate the fourth guest. On the same level is a verandah. The villa is fully equipped with ceiling fans in every room. The mountains behind are classified as natural park protected areas and provide good walks for hikers to all the mountains in the area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an extractor hood. The surfaces are black & white marble. The water pressure is excellent and clear. It passes through a ceramic filtration system, which is located in the pump house between the mains supply and the house pipework, keeping the water soft and clean
Solar panels provide hot water. The shower unit has a scald proof system.
The bedrooms have pull down mosquito inhibitors. All windows are double glazed. The lounge has a wood burning stove. Sliding double glazed windows open up onto the verandah. It has TV and Internet connection.
The lounge has a double sofa bed for the fourth guest. A cot will either be convenient here, or could be placed in the double bedroom
The windows from the diner give views to the very private 8 X 4 swimming pool which is for the exclusive use of clients, garden and patio surrounds. Steps lead down to this area. It gives sun and shade throughout the day.
The front area has parking and shade for one car.
There is a reserve water tank holding 1100 litres with electric pump.
It is a 20 minute drive to the Baviera Golf course.
Access to the villa is easy by paved access roads. Only villa occupiers and visitors use these roads. It is in a quiet and peaceful location.
Situated within walking distance are the Cuevas de Nerja where the bus services are regular and convenient. Maro pueblo is only 10 minutes walk away. There is a small beach at Maro. About 5 kilomtres is the famous town of Nerja with many bars and restaurants, beaches, night life and super markets. Driving East along the coast are so many pueblos with good beaches and shopping areas. The drive has the view of the blue Med: all the way.
There are no extras in our charges. The villa is kept in an extremely hygenic pool is vacuumed weekly and the skimmer operates twice a day.
There is free Internet Connection for our guests.
