Welcome to our magnificent villa located in the heart of the prestigious Golf de Bonalba! This luxurious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property is the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday in the Spanish sunshine.
The villa has two bedrooms, each with double beds, and one with two single beds, offering maximum comfort for all guests. The modern bathrooms are equipped with all the amenities you need for your well-being.
The beautifully landscaped garden invites you to relax with its many terraces, barbecue, sun loungers and private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and having fun. The fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi and TV ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. In addition, the villa offers private parking for your peace and quiet.
Set in peaceful, leafy surroundings, just a short drive from stunning beaches, local restaurants, shops and tourist attractions, this villa is perfect for families, groups of friends or couples.
## Access
The villa is located in a private, gated urbanisation, offering great security for you and your loved ones. You can access the villa by car via an electric gate. Once inside the urbanisation, you will be able to park in front of the villa, guaranteeing easy and convenient access.
On arrival, our city manager will hand you the keys and welcome you to ensure your stay gets off to the best possible start. Simply let us know your arrival time.
TRAVELLER APPLICATION
We offer an exceptional interactive experience thanks to our exclusive traveller application. As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive privileged access to this application, facilitating communication with our teams, as well as access to essential information about the accommodation and its surroundings.
ONLINE SHOP
You will have access to an online service shop enabling you to book, before and during your stay, all the services you may need: local visits, home chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Alicante station is the closest to the villa, approximately 20 minutes away by car. High-speed trains (AVE) and regional trains serve this station, connecting it to many Spanish cities, including Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia. From the station, you can take a taxi or hire a car to the villa.
By plane
Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) is the nearest airport, approximately 25 minutes' drive from the villa. The airport caters for both national and international flights, making it easily accessible for travellers from many different countries. Le quartier est calme, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
