I own this house with my wife, Hazel. We bought the house off plan and took receipt of the keys in August 2002. We live in London in the United Kingdom and are both retired. Whilst the area has always had a lovely climate and a beautiful beach we have had the pleasure of seeing Gran Alacant grow from a small urbanisation, with only a few bars and restaurants and one small supermarket, to become a community with many great bars and restaurants and a selection of supermarkets. You'll love it.
